Unwind and relax in our inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium, designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Sleeping up to six guests, it's the ideal choice for a memorable vacation.
Relax on the couch or at the bar on our covered porch overlooking the world’s longest barrier reef. Watch the sunrise over the ocean and enjoy the refreshing breeze all day. Our newly renovated luxury condo accommodates six comfortably and features a master bedroom with a spacious en-suite, a guest room sleeping four, and a large guest bathroom.

The condo is fully stocked with spices, beach towels, floats, a Ninja blender, and a free US phone line. Enjoy fast WiFi for work or staying in touch. The open-concept kitchen connects to a dining area for six, and the living room offers cozy seating to unwind after a day of adventure.

A personal concierge will help plan your stay, offering local insights and assistance.

Our condo feels like home, not a rental, with new furniture and unique artwork. It’s in the newest building at Oceans 23, featuring an incredible pool with a swim-up bar overlooking the ocean.

We provide VIP concierge service from Belize City Airport to our condo. Our concierge can arrange local pricing for golf carts, and the A/C will be on, with ice and water ready for your arrival. Let us know if you're celebrating something special—our concierge will ensure everything is perfect. No extra charge for this service, but tips are always appreciated.

Ambergris Caye is an amazing island with friendly, English-speaking locals. The US dollar is widely accepted. I can send a list of recommendations for places to visit and things to do. Loved this roomy and spacious home that had plenty of space for our entire family. It’s located very close to town, things to do, and is safe and quiet. Wonderful pool, staff, swim up bar, and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

San Pedro..... Condo

The condo was overall nice but some of the lamps weren't working but each room had some sort of light. There are plenty of windows so you will have plenty of natural light during the day. Please wash the window dressings as they were very dusty. Let's talk about the staff......Ms. Jessie and Ronald (AKA HOT BOY RONALD) and Michael (the chef)...... the sweetest and friendliest people. Ms. Jessie will not lead you wrong with the food recommendations. Hot Boy Ronald is a waiter, bartender, and the hook up guy. He can hook you up with some dope people for excursions that will be worth every penny and make great recommendations for food places off the resort. Michael, the chef, is hooking up the food in the kitchen. The cajun seafood pasta was perfect. The filet of fish with the Charlie Brown sauce and the Pontchartrain sauce, as well as the chicken strips were apwesome too. You want more seasoning, just ask and he will fix to your liking. He also hooked us up with a golf cart guy with the best prices and fast service. If nothing else, the staff makes this place awesome. If you are fortunate to be able to visit when there isn't any seaweed floating in, their beach will be really nice. My only complaint would be office staff comes in late and leaves early.
