This 4th from the beach, non-reversed living contemporary has 4 bedrooms + 2 remodeled baths, newly renovated kitchen and flooring. Enjoy the large decks for dining al fresco and relaxing after a fun day at the beach. Ocean and bay views, this home is located across the street from Sunset Park for kayaking, concerts and playground for the children. There is also a huge deck off rear of the 2nd floor private master suite which is accessible from inside or outside. 3 TV's, outdoor furniture, 2 DVD s and an office set-up in the master suite with a computer, printer and copier. There are 8 beach badges provided (2 are senior badges). Please refer to property 40935 when inquiring.
