Newly renovated, immaculate 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located on quiet, dead end street. New kitchen has high end appliances including Thermador 36" gas stove, 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. 3 bathrooms all have showers and 1 has steam shower and 1 has large relaxing tub. All bedrooms have skylights. Living/dining room has double height ceilings with skylights. Large deck surrounds heated pool and Jacuzzi and gets continual sun. Lower deck has large outdoor shower and shade. 2.5 miles to ocean and bay beaches.

I have owned this house for 30 years. In 2014 I gut renovated it and expanded the bedrooms, dining room and added a 3rd bathroom.

Why they chose this property

This is the perfect summer home. Large deck with full sun, lower deck with shade. Fully furnished and equipped. I love to cook and there is everything that a cook could desire. Close to East Hampton and Sag Harbor, ocean and bay beaches.
