The space:
This spacious 9-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is perfect for large groups. The main floor features an open-concept living and dining area with high ceilings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a game room, a laundry room, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, a twin daybed, a sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower, jacuzzi tub, and double sinks. Four additional bedrooms are on this floor: one with a queen bed, one with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a twin bed, one with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin bed, and one with a king bed and a twin bed. A full bathroom is in the hallway.

The lower level offers additional space with three more bedrooms: one with two twin beds, another with two twin beds, and a third with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A full bathroom is also on this level.

Step outside to enjoy the large deck with outdoor seating, a private hot tub available year-round, and a seasonal in-ground pool with a poolside bar and lounge area. The home also includes a grill for outdoor cooking and scenic mountain views, making it a perfect retreat for families and groups.

Guest access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, game room, and laundry room. The outdoor spaces, including the deck, private hot tub, seasonal pool, and poolside bar, are also available for guest use. Parking is provided with ample space for multiple vehicles. The only restricted areas are any locked storage closets, which are for maintenance use.

Pets are allowed with prior approval for a $300 fee. Please notify us if you plan to bring any.
The pool is open seasonally.
We require a security deposit (amount depends on the length of stay). Please watch for a message with payment instructions.
Garage is off limits.
We don't provide propane for the grill.
This property is perfect for families but not suitable for rowdy parties or outside guests without prior approval.
