The Space:
Your journey begins with a scenic drive, with the last 2.5 miles along a maintained dirt road, leading to your private mountain escape. Natural Arkansas rock landscaping blends seamlessly with the surroundings, enhancing the tranquility of this retreat.

Step onto the expansive concrete patio, where the hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge offer the ultimate wellness experience. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck, grill out on the propane BBQ, or gather under the stars for a peaceful evening.

Inside, the luxury-designed interior features wood beams, modern furniture, and large windows framing the stunning views. The kitchen has everything you need, including drip and pod coffee makers, blender, pots/pans. A reverse osmosis water system ensures the purest drinking water.

The main floor bedroom features a king bed and blackout curtains for restful sleep. A ladder leads to the loft bedroom, which has a queen bed and a desk—perfect for remote work or reading.

Other Things to Note:
✔ Loft access: The loft bedroom is accessed by a ladder—please use caution.
✔ Security cameras: One Ring doorbell camera at the entrance and one road-facing camera for security.
✔ Secluded location: Expect peace & quiet, but also potential encounters with local wildlife. As with ALL cabins in the Ozark National Forest, there may be a critter or bug. We do routine pest control.
✔ Dirt road access: The last 2.5 miles are on a maintained dirt road—most vehicles can access it, but low-clearance cars should use caution.
✔ There is no door on the loft bedroom.
✔ Lawn maintenance may occur during business hours, Monday through Friday.

✔ No smoking - including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana. If smoking is detected inside the unit, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.
