This is 2 bedroom lock-off rental up to 8 people at Harborside. I own two weeks in June and July. Great place and value for family fun and savings are OVER 50% less than retail. NO VAT (value added tax, hotel taxes, or other fees) for this 2 bedroom lock-off room.

Paypal payment is preferred. Since I am owner, I can show you supported ownership documents of my rental and will put this reservation in your name immediately once payment is received. Buyer can purchase escrow service if needed.

Up to 8 people have exclusive use Atlantis of the park for 8 days 7 nights. Check-in is 4PM Saturday and Check-Out is 11AM Sunday. You may check-in earlier to get wristbands.

Please look into buying travel insurance for about $100-$200.

Must be 21 years old or over to put in your name.

Feel free to call if you have questions. I can also provide some valuable tips such as grocery, alcohol, dinner, etc. for those are first timers.

Being honest in the hopes that the next guests will have a perfect stay, thank you.

We enjoyed Harbourside, but I was clear that I can not walk very far & needed to be as close to the bus stop as possible but the 2 units we were assigned were too far for me. I could not make the walk more than once per day so we missed out on a lot. The worst part of of our stay though, was that the air conditioning was freezing cold, especially at night. We called for help several times but all the hotel could do was send up 8 blankets and repeatedly tell us to prop open the doors and open the windows, but nothing worked and we just ended up having our sleep disturbed with all of the noise from outside with all the doors and windows being open. THE BEST PART OF OUR TRIP WAS THE OWNERS DETAILED EMAIL OF CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. It gave us everything from a perfect map of exactly where to find the best snorkeling to details of the best places to eat etc. This email helped us so much and the reef it led us to was amazing! Thank you!

Gem in Atlantis

We had such a great spring break - Harborside is such a convenient and spacious place to stay- the buses are frequent to take you to the royal and you can easily walk to the marina village! Would stay here again as it’s so nice to have the space in the condo for teenagers to spread out!!

Beautiful vacation rental with access to all that Atlantis has to offer

We recently stayed at the Harborside this past July along with another family and I booked two adjoining condos with Paul. Paul was hands down, the most informative, professional, helpful and prompt property manager that I have worked with. Paul made the entire process seamless. From my very first inquiry, he responded promptly, answered each and every question that we had and sent us a manual with tips and recommendations with everything from airfare, transportation to and from the airport, tips on what to bring with us, the best grocery and liquor stores to shop at, and excursion and restaurant recommendations. We used a transportation company that Paul recommended and the gentlemen that picked us up from the Bahama Airport was very professional. He brought us to the grocery store on the way to the hotel and loaded all of our luggage and groceries for us. Once we arrived at the Harborside, we were extremely pleased with the service and amenities. The condos were immaculate and overlooked the harbor. We had an adjoining door between our condo and the family that we traveled with that you could lock or keep open for our convenience. Our condo also included a balcony with gorgeous views. There is a beautiful pool located on site, which is open later than the other Atlantis hotel pools. Near the pool, there is a Restaurant for dining. The shuttle service is free and brings you to the other Atlantis hotels, so that you can use their water parks, pools, beaches, casinos, shops and restaurants. There is also a transportation service available during the day that will pick you up and bring you to the grocery store, if needed. When you book with Paul, you have complete access to all that Atlantis has to offer. With this booking each person is given a wristband upon arrival, which is used to access all of the pools, water parks and beaches throughout the Atlantis properties. You can keep your wristband on for the week or get a new one daily. The choice is yours. Overall, I highly recommend booking with Paul for a stress free, worry free vacation! He gave me the peace of mind I needed when booking such a big trip with multiple families. We had an amazing time and will definitely book with Paul again when we plan our next trip to Atlantis!!!

Great Family Vacation

We are very happy with our decision to rent through Paul. He sent a 6 page summary of things to so/see, best places to eat, transportation, maps, cost saving ideas, etc. All of which made our stay more enjoyable. All of the staff we encountered at Harborside and Atlantis were very kind and helpful, full of information about the area and things to do. We had a wonderfully relaxing week at Atlantis and look forward to returning again soon.

We go to Atlantis Harborside every year during the past 5 years. Our family takes several big vacations every year and Atlantis is our ideal spot to vacation. We have ownership during the summer months and plan to go there every year.

Why they chose this property

Atlantis is a great resort. Staying at the hotel will cost you 2x-3x more due to hotel, food, and resort fees. Atlantis Harborside is located on the resort and is a 5 minute walk thru the Marina or shuttles every 10 minutes.
