Newly renovated (2022)! 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo w/ heated pool during operating months. Just about a block to the beach in the prestigious Diamond Beach section next to Wildwood Crest. Can sleep 8 in beds. There is also a pull out couch. Convenient built-in beverage fridge in the living room. It is also conveniently located just 2 miles away from the boardwalk in Wildwood and only about a 5 minute drive from Cape May and the Wildwood Convention Center! We are located in the southwest corner of Diamond Beach, offering privacy unexpected at the jersey shore, yet it is just moments from the private “club at diamond beach.” Beach tags are included with your stay (a $600 value).

Our home is comfortably furnished and well-equipped to make your vacation flawless. There are upgraded wood-grained ceramic tile throughout that you will swear is hardwood (but don't have to worry about damaging!), as well as new mattresses on every bed, fresh paint throughout, sleeper-sofa, and 3 LED HD TV's.

The 15' cathedral ceiling living room features a wall mounted 42” LED smart HD tv, Rokus for each TV, free YouTubeTv and Netflix, queen-sized sleeper-sofa, coffee table, large sectional couch and double wide lounge chair. There’s a PlayStation 2 with a few games, as well.

You will also enjoy soft, natural light streaming into the room through our custom-made stain glass window inserts. The large terrace sits off of the living room where you can enjoy your coffee or beverage of choice while watching ships sail by and while listening to the ocean waves crashing. Turn around and you can watch the sunset over the bay in the evening.

We are across the street from the national wildlife preserve, so come prepared to hike or walk and take in all that the area has to offer. A partial view is available from the terrace, as well,

The dining area includes a new dining table able to seat up to 6. In addition, there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter for informal meals. You can prepare any kind of food imaginable in our stocked kitchen, which includes a Keurig single-cup coffee maker.

The master suite includes a king bed and 32” LED TV, and tons of closet space, and of course, a full bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and new HD TV as well, and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds. All have storage and closets. The second full bathroom is easily accessible from the bedrooms, kitchen and living room.

The heated pool (*usually late May through early/mid Sept) has a toddler’s section and plenty of lounge chairs and tables, as well as an outdoor rinsing shower.

We offer free wireless internet, beach toys and games, a beach cart, a few beach chairs, board games, and books. We have a washer and a dryer. The central air and heat keep the temperature right the entire year, no matter what the weather is outside. Parking is a breeze in our garage attached to the building – enough space for two cars, with an opener.

This is the perfect place to unwind! Not only is the location amazing, but also we have paid attention to every detail. Book early if you can!

Please note guests must bring their own sheets and towels. You can choose to use a linen service for added convenience. We can provide you with those details.
