Great Vacation rental, easy access to the beach, so many different things to do around the condominium from all the pools, sports courts, playground, and fire pits in the evening. Local food areas were delicious and easy access to get around the area. Would definitely return to this rental location!

Andy’s condo was the icing on the cake for our annual vacation to Wildwood. As soon as we walked in, I knew we made the right choice to book his place. It was airy, bright, CLEAN and true to the description. We’ll be back!

Great stay at this property. The condo and building were clean and offered a very comfortable stay. The gated community feel and private beach were amazing and the pool being so close was perfect for a disabled family member. Highly recommend.

Great family vacation property

This was a great place for our family vacation (kids 8, 5, 2). The condo was clean and up to date. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. The overall facilities and pools were perfect for the kids and the entire property was clean and well kept.

Family week in Diamond Beach

We had a great time staying in Seapointe Village. The unit was very spacious, clean, and well laid out, and the broader property and amenities (e.g. beach access, multiple pools, water slide, playground, etc) were perfect for our kids (4yr old and 2yr old). In addition, everything about renting from and interacting with Andy was easy.

Great beach getaway!

Our family stayed at this property for a week and loved it. We have two young kids (4 and 6) and the "kids" room was perfect for them. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The overall building was well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. Between easy access to the beach & multiple pools and the beautiful condo you really can't beat this! We will definitely be back!

Condo was in excellent condition. Great location. Pools were great and the beach was beautiful. Condo was clean and bright. AC worked great! We brought our own sheets and towels to avoid having to do laundry and the beds were comfortable.

Wonderful vacation

We absolutely loved Seapointe Village and this condo. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the beautiful private beach, pools, playground and spending time at the fire pits in the evening. The condo was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Checkin process and communication was good and easy. Our only regret was not having booked a full week. We absolutely would come back and stay longer next time!

Great until and perfect location

This is our second year in this exact unit and third year on the property. Seapoint Village is the perfect property for families or for those who want to be away from the crowds but not too far to make a quick trip to be in the heart of Wildwood. The property has multiple pools, is very well maintained and has a great private beach with a grill (snack bar) on the beach. The unit is newly renovated and clean. I would definitely recommend this until for small families. We hope to be back again next year!

Great Stay!

My family (2 adults, 2 toddlers) had a great stay here for a quick getaway. The condo actually felt a lot bigger than the pictures portrayed! A few things worth mentioning for any parents of younger kids looking to book this condo...1) the shades get the room DARK - so no need to worry about that. 2) The front door locks automatically from the outside with a code, but from the inside, there wasn't a way to lock it so my 2 year old kept opening the door until we blocked it off. Otherwise, Andy's instructions were super clear before arrival and would love to book this again soon!

Great area

Lovely space and generously sized for our group of four. Seapointe Village is also wonderful. However, some items I considered essential were missing, but others might not. No can opener, no kitchen towel, and no nightstand lights for the primary bedroom, although we found two upon leaving that were tucked way back in the second bedroom closet. The kitchen supplies are fine for reheating food and a bit more, but I would have brought my own knives as the two were very dull. Overall, comfortable and enjoyable.

Fantastic apartment

The resort is fantastic, the building location is great and provided easy access to the beach. The apartment is modern, spacious and comfortably furnished. Although the kitchen and bathrooms appear to be clean there were several hygienic concerns. The kitchen utensils (left in the drawers) were noticably dirty, the spatula had grease still on jt. The towels in the linen closet were shoveled, unfolded, and appeared to have stains on them. We weren't sure if the sheets left behind were clean, and when we went to do the laundry we found the washer filled with mold, and we didn't feel it was safe to use.

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo in Seapointe Village! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Traveling with two young children can be challenging, but this condo was perfect for our family. The location made it so easy to get to the beach and pools, and we loved being able to enjoy all that Seapointe Village has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a fun, relaxing beach vacation!
