Located waterfront with hot tub, patio and outdoor fire pit, Canoe/kayaks/paddleboard available for use. Plenty of waterfront yard space for outdoor games and hang out. Covered 40ft deck for outdoor dining, hot tub, and lounging by the fire. It’s perfect for friends/families, and staycations! 30 min drive to UofA

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bag all trash, secure outside lids because of raccoons, put all trash in the large trash bins at the beginning of the gravel driveway before the end of your stay.
Strip & place all used bedsheets on that bed
Outdoors: Return lake toys close to the home, replace hot tub cover, & turn off propane tanks
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We're a local Northwest Arkansas family who acquired four adjacent lakefront properties between 2024 and 2025. We fell in love with the serene setting and lake life! We're excited to share Water's Edge properties with others and believe time at the lake should feel easy, beautiful & memorable!
