Two bathrooms include refreshing showers and a bidet for added convenience. Enjoy the sights and sounds from the covered patio with a hot tub and gas fire pit, front porch rocking chairs, or a real fire from the outdoor fire pit with a grand view terrace. The house stays cozy year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re gathering for a restful night or enjoying some downtime, this serene retreat offers a fabulous place to recharge. Experience the magic of Beaver Lake at our newly renovated home. We also provide two kayaks, one canoe, and two paddleboards. Only 30min to University of Arkansas campus. If you want to bring your own boat, we have boat parking and a neighborhood boat ramp just .25 miles away.
