Beach Condo/ Island Beach Resort/No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 305

Condo 305 at Island Beach Resort is on the third floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, a king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This condo has quartz and tile throughout with tropical decor. Condo 305 has gorgeous ocean views from it's two balconies and is a mere 30-second walk to the private beach entrance. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

Q: What kitchen items are provided?
A: Dishware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, limited qty of pots/pans, limited serving utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dishwasher tablets. Guest should bring coffee & filters, condiments, extra paper towels, and trash bags.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 2 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

Q: What other amenities are provided?
A: 1 box tissues, 2 beach chairs, mop/bucket/broom in closet, hair dryer, iron, no safe

Q: Can I see the ocean from my condo?
A: Yes

Q: Do I have an alarm clock?
A: Yes

Q: Is parking free?
A: Yes, the gated section of the parking lot is free to renters
