Idieel appartment for two persons on the groundfloor at 50 metres from sandy beach attractive for those who like the beach, sports, culture and good food and drinks.
The apartment is situated in the quarter “El Manantial”, a fairly luxurious and quiet quarter with family homes. At a distance of 50 metres you will find a sandy beach and a 1,5 km long promenade which ends near two romantic beachbars. It is a tidal atlantic ocean beach, so at low tide you can make a great beach hike. At a distance of 40 metres, almost on the beach, you will find a small, pleasant bar.

The town El Puerto de Santa Maria is very pleasant, cosy, old and has a large number of merchants houses. A number of them have been restored nicely. The centre offers you a large number of small bars and good restaurants. The restaurant “Aponiente” has been awarded with tree Michelin stars and is located in the old tidemil "El Caño" with was constructed in 1815 and resently restored. The villages and towns in this area are over 3000 years old. Cádiz and El Puerto de Santa Maria have both been founded by the Phoenicians. The old centre of Cádiz is well worth a visit; it is situated on a peninsula in the Atlantic Ocean. This area offers a lot of history and art, as well as a beautiful scenery with for instance cork oak forests.

Sehr schöne Strandlage

Sehr nah am langen Strand, große Terasse, geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Gute Fenster und Terassentür. Der Aufenthalt könnte schöner sein wenn auch mal etwas gründlicher gereinigt würde . Duschvorhänge haben Stockflecken, Sitzmöbel sind verschlissen man hält sich dadurch nicht so gerne in der Wohnung auf,

Hubiera sido excelente si el propiatario fuese más cuidadoso. Está mal mantenido y un poco sucio. Las sábanas un poco vieja, los colchones no son cómodos. Las sábanas desgastadas. Lo peor de todo las cucarachas. Lo mejor la ubicación y la terraza. El apartamento es muy bonito
