Welcome to our newly remodeled Crocus by the Sea Side Cottage in Iconic Wildwood Crest. This apartment is on the first floor with its own side door access This apartment has a new kitchen with granite tops, A new feature wall with a fireplace and 65-inch tv in the cathedral ceiling living room, two new bathrooms, A new laundry area, A new bar area, and all new furniture, The main bedroom has a queen bed and bedroom 2 also has a queen bed. It has its own private rear deck with private grill area. And there is a new outdoor shower for your use right at your rear deck We have 4 apartments we rent, all pet friendly and 3 blocks to the beach. Our charming 1st floor 3 bed,2nd floor 2 bed Sea Breeze Bay, and 2nd floor 2 bed Ocean Serenade. Our house is a 100-year-old home with a Victorian front porch. You will have the feeling of a Cape may bed and breakfast only you get the whole apartment BUT with a wonderful free beach very large for playing ball or flying a kite and just relaxing you can walk out 50 feet with no drop off or erosion and we also have portable toilets for your comfort and di I mention no beach tags and its free.
We rent Saturday to Saturday from July 4 to August 29. For barefoot concert weekend there is a 4-night minimum and Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend it's a 3-night minimum. Rest of the year 2-night minimums.
All the apartments have been renovated in the last 7 years. New kitchens and baths, central air and washer and dryer etc. Ocean serenade and Sea Breeze Bay have a beautiful porch with rocking chairs and a table for your breakfast, lunch or happy hour. You each get you own side of the porch which has ocean views and a nice breeze.
We are walking distance to everything, boardwalk, Playground for kids, bike rentals and the bike path, bakery, ice-cream, church, restaurants. Saturday night entertainment at the parks AND in the summer months there's fireworks every Friday night.
We have a 2-dog max with a 25-pound limit per dog. And sorry but we don't supply sheets and towels BUT we are partnering with Chrissy from Island best rental to rent sheets towels beach chairs toys for the kids and pretty much anything you need for the beach contact her at chrissy@dontpack.com put the link "Crocus" for a 10% discount. So we are a family rental so no partys and quiet time starts a 10 pm
Please leave the place as clean as you found it. Please put the garbage in the back where it says trash and the recycling where it says recycling.
If you have a pet clean up after it and put it in the trash especially if you use the back yard as there are other people also using the back yard.

Loved our stay in this newly remodeled apartment. It is within walking distance to the beach and coffee houses, restaurants and bakeries, board walk and bike path. We had the best time. Our mini doodle loved it too.

We loved the amount of space in the unit. The kitchen was very spacious. Plenty of room to prepare and cook meals. Having 2 bathrooms was great. Host was amazing and super friendly. Pet friendly with grassy areas was a great find. Outdoor basketball courts just a short walk away. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The apartment was very nice with many brand new features. I would say that it was just big enough for four people (2 adults and 2 teens). For us personally, the beds were not that comfortable but for others it might be fine. The only issue we had was with ants in our kids' room and we had to spray. Otherwise, the location was great and the owners were very helpful.

This place was updated, clean, and close to everything. Perfect for the 3 of us and our dog. The host was pleasant to work with and was onsite the week of our visit. We had a small mishap with the AC due to a brownout but Pete and Beth were there to take care of it immediately.

Lovely stay.My only negative, and it’s minor at that, would be missing cushions for outdoor deck furniture on two of the three patio pieces. Would have enjoyed a more comfortable seating area that just patio table and chairs.Pete was great at pre-arrival communication and there was no need to have to reach out to him during our stay. Great selection of local TV (live) channels so you don’t have to have an entirety of streaming apps to watch television.. big plus. Fast internet as well.Pet friendly for my Grandpup (labradoodle) -Great location as well!

Me and my wife are from North jersey. We enjoy going to the beach and boardwalk with our children and 7 grandchildren and going out to dinner with our friends when they come down. I like being a host because I have been blessed with this beautiful home and like sharing it with other families so they can make memories

This is easy, My wife and her family vacationed in wildwood crest for over 50 years. So when we got married we bought a condo next door to Crocus by the Sea, and when it came up for sale 13 years ago we bought it, and its been our labor of love ever since. Check the the name on the sign when you arrive.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What makes our property very unique is that it was built in 1915 and looks like it belongs in Cape May. So you get the charm of cape may but the most beautiful beach of wildwood crest, meaning no drop off or (shelf) so safe for the kids and its free. And we are close to everything, boardwalk, playgrounds, pickle ball the bike path breakfast places , ice cream, mini golf, the bakery bike rental , Oh and we are pet friendly
