Casa Diletta es una casa rural típica de la Toscana, a sólo 5 minutos de Montecatini Terme.
Situada en una posición central, entre Lucca y Florencia, es el punto de partida ideal para llegar en menos de una hora a las ciudades de arte más bellas de la Toscana.
Una de las estructuras que Casa Diletta ofrece a sus huéspedes es el apartamento 'Tessa', delicioso y cómodo.
El apartamento 'Tessa' es muy bonito, romántico y está decorado cuidadosamente con muebles antiguos de estilo toscano: techos con vigas de madera, suelos de terracota, decoración artística, creando un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Tiene un cuarto de baño particularmente grande y luminoso.
El apartamento 'Tessa' es grande, unos 60 m², y está en la primera planta. Cuenta con una amplia sala de estar, una pequeña cocina equipada, una hermosa habitación, un gran cuarto de baño luminoso, con ducha y bañera, y una terraza con una estupenda vista de las colinas.

Great little house in Tuscany

We've stayed in three different VRBO's in Italy this trip and by far this was the best property. Unit had everything as expected. The host went above and beyond, she checked in on us after arrival to see if we needed anything and provided some insight to areas to explore. We also took her cooking class and it was more than we expected. Would highly recommend staying here.

Tuscan apartment

We chose this very clean and quaint apartment because it has few stairs (outside entrance) and a walk-in shower, as well as suitable kitchen for cooking light meals, and a balcony. It is easy drive to Lucca, Montecatini, Pisa and more! Wonderful owner, too! Great place!

The Tessa Suite was amazing, and Taziana our host was very accommodating. The cooking class was wonderful. location was great for what we wanted: time in Florence, easy access to the coast, wine tasting everywhere, and just relaxing in the hills of Tuscany. We will be back!

My heart is at home here!

I am a repeat visitor to Casa Diletta and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a really lovely comfortable spot to stay. A great base for all kinds of day trips to the many places of interest in the region. I think of Casa Diletta as my "home away from home". Tiziana is an exceptional host providing a warm hospitable place for all of her guests. It's a good idea to have a rental car, but the train travel from nearby Monticatini Terme also connects visitors to other destinations very easily.

A perfect place in Tuscany

This place was very, very clean and very well decorated. Simple yet everything you need. Did I say how clean it was? It is also very quiet and peaceful - surrounded by olive orchards. Just about 10 minutes from the train station by car. It is clear the owners take pride in their house and Tessa answered every question we had quickly and effeciently.

We enjoyed our stay! The Tessa apartment was booked, so we stayed in Il Fienile - a converted hay barn. The apartment came equipped with everything we needed and was spotless. Parking of our rental car was very easy. Tessa, Tizian and the family were very welcoming. Tessa taught me how to use an Italian coffee maker, answered questions about the area and helped to book a dinner reservation and winery tour. Tizian offers cooking classes, but sadly our schedules did not coordinate and we could not participate. The only challenge with Il Fienile is that it is on two levels and therefore not great for bulky suitcases or people with mobility struggles. I believe the Tessa apartment is on one level. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Under the Tuscan Sun

Very nice. Of all the 3 other places we stayed in Tuscany on prior vacations this was the best. Very comfortable and spacious one level apartment with a huge bathroom with shower and tub. Lovely views. Easy to park outside the flat. Very close to downtown Montecatini (but still in the countryside). Tizziana and Tessa were extremely helpful and sweet and answered all our questions. If you want the real Tuscan feel with a home away from home this is it.

Beautiful gem! Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had such a wonderful time staying here, and we cannot recommend this place highly enough. Tiziana and Tessa and Giacomo were so warm and welcoming and made us feel like we were visiting old friends. We chose to take a cooking class from Tiziana and we were not disappointed! We learned a lot and the traditional tuscan menu was delicious! We also received a cookbook of all the recipes we made and more to take home with us. The cottage itself was beautiful with so much attention to detail, and the property is surrounded by flowers and olive trees. It was relaxing and lovely and the perfect place to stay after visiting Rome. It was also a great spot to explore other places like Lucca and Florence. We hope to come back!!

The most amazing stay ever!!!

We arrived on the 15th of August. It was an incredible day. Warm and lovely and not to mention the best part when we arrived at the house. The house peaked under some beautiful olive trees. The owner was lovely and polite and we go to learn some Italian while communicating with her. We got the top apartment and it was more then enough for me and my family. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was the most beautiful in the house. I would definitely recommend this for anyone whose looking to escape city life for a peaceful and relaxing vacation in the country side. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed it and we will most definitely be coming back in the future.

A delightful stay

We loved our stay in the Tuscany farmhouse at Massa e Cozzile! We were there March 20 - 22, 2019. The farmhouse is surrounded by olive trees, and the setting is beautiful, peaceful, and sunny. Tiziana, our hostess, went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. We arrived later than planned, but she graciously helped us get settled, and then drove us in her own car to a delightful neighborhood store to get some groceries. She introduced us to her family, and made us feel like guests in her home. She also recommended some interesting places to visit. The farmhouse was delightful, comfortable, with plenty of room for my husband and me. The bathroom is gigantic! We would definitely stay there again! You will love it!

Our Stay At Casa Diletta

Our stay at Casa Diletta and the all the assistance from Tiziana and Tessa was nothing less than exceptional. This old farmhouse is remarkable, very well finished, very well kept, maintained with beautiful apartments and views of the olive trees ( right beside you ) and the countryside with an old castle like building at the top of the biggest hill - outstanding. Nestled between Firenze and the coast, this was our base for a long stay and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Tiziana's cooking course was a great time and as a hostess, we cannot say enough. Tessa was just the same. Montecatini is five minutes away, with many local shops and markets as well. There are a number of fine restaurants on your doorstep. Thank you Tiziana, thank you Tessa, you made our stay very memorable. We want to come back.

Bel posto, tranquillo, tanto verde intorno dalla finestra si sente il rumore della cascata. Casa bella e spaziosa. C'è tutto quello che serve,, bagno comodissimo, grande doccia e vasca. Negozi vicini ma in macchina, condimenti caffè e zucchero già presenti. Host gentile e disponibile, consiglio vivamente

Prima Basis zum Bereisen der Toskana

Wir haben uns bei Tessa und Tiziana sehr wohl gefühlt, das Appartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alle Ausflugsziele waren innerhalb max. 90 min gut zu erreichen. Ideal als Ausflugsbasis für die toskanische Umgebung. Vielen Dank für alles an die Familie der Villa Dilletta.

Urlaub 2024

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für unsere Besichtigungen und Radtouren sehr gut. Die Vermieter waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Wohnung gerne wieder buchen.

My name is Tiziana and I'm running Casa Diletta together with my daughter Tessa.
We have been very fortunate and pleased to have discovered the possibility of hosting in our home, some years ago.
It is our pleasure to welcome the guests and we feel gratified to have cultural and personal exchange.
We are very fond of our native area and very glad to reccommend all the beautiful known and unknown jewels around us.
The apartments are very well equipped but, as we say when people arrive, "If you need something more or miss anything, please, just tell us".

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The two accommodations for guests are named Tessa and Stella like my daughters.
The house itself is named for my youngest girl, Diletta. But I chose the name not only for my daughter but also because Diletta signifies beloved and delightful and this is how I feel about my house .
Guests will find a familiar and genuine atmosphere where feeling like at home.
I run Cooking Class in my home kitchen. Please, feel free to ask more information about it.
