RUSTIC HOUSE FOR A COUPLE LOOKING FOR RELAX

Lovely House in a private and very exclusive property, where also the owners live. They are very friendly and hospitable. This small rustic is a jewel! Recently restored, it has been furnished by Giovanna, the owner, with an extremely personalized and elegant taste. It is bright and charming. Everything has been provided to all of you. You get the large living room with the sitting area in front of the fireplace and dining area. Two step leads down into the small full-equipped kitchen. There is also a half bathroom, next to the kitchen. Upstaire-about 12 easy steps - you find the bedroom with a bed and a bathroom with a shower enclosure. There is also a sofa in the bedroom from where you will enjoy a beautiful view. The house is provided with dish-washer and washing machine, television, wifi, air conditioning. Outside the patio is provided with table, chairs and sun chairs, parasol. Dining at the sunset. . will be unforgettable. The owners Giovanna and Antonio, live on the same summer in the main villa. Another small house for two people can two rented. Both houses have their own private space, garden and furnished patio. The two houses are completely separated. They both have their full privacy. The owners share their garden with fresh vegetables and fruits, their (above ground) pool (7. 50x3. 50 - open from may to october). You can walk around the property to discover it and enjoy the pool, the shadow under the gazebo and an amazing countryside setting. Everything is at your complete disposal. .
