Lovely House in a private and very exclusive property, where also the owners live. They are very friendly and hospitable. This small rustic is a jewel! Recently restored, it has been furnished by Giovanna, the owner, with an extremely personalized and elegant taste. It is bright and charming. Everything has been provided to all of you. You get the large living room with the sitting area in front of the fireplace and dining area. Two step leads down into the small full-equipped kitchen. There is also a half bathroom, next to the kitchen. Upstaire-about 12 easy steps - you find the bedroom with a bed and a bathroom with a shower enclosure. There is also a sofa in the bedroom from where you will enjoy a beautiful view. The house is provided with dish-washer and washing machine, television, wifi, air conditioning. Outside the patio is provided with table, chairs and sun chairs, parasol. Dining at the sunset. . will be unforgettable. The owners Giovanna and Antonio, live on the same summer in the main villa. Another small house for two people can two rented. Both houses have their own private space, garden and furnished patio. The two houses are completely separated. They both have their full privacy. The owners share their garden with fresh vegetables and fruits, their (above ground) pool (7. 50x3. 50 - open from may to october). You can walk around the property to discover it and enjoy the pool, the shadow under the gazebo and an amazing countryside setting. Everything is at your complete disposal. .

Wir kommen wieder

Tolle Gastgeber, absolut stilvolles Haus mit rundum stimmiger Einrichtung. Qualitäten noch besser als beschrieben. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Lucca ist absolut eine Reise wert, wenn wir wiederkommen dann in diese Unterkunft.

Beautiful wee house. Very well equipped and stocked. Too often you have to buy salt, oil etc. No here. There was everything you needed. Giovanna and Antonio were the perfect hosts bringing us little gifts each night

Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dem herrlichen Ambiente des Ferienhauses auf dem gepflegten Grundstück der Familie Bellora. Die Gastfreundlichkeit, das Interesseund alles liebevolle Bemühen darum, dass es eine perfekte Woche der Erholung und der kulturellen Begegnung in einer faszinierenden Umgebung wurde, war eine besondere Geste der Eigentümer. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt. Es gibt nichts, aber auch gar nichts, was man ändern sollte. Es ist, wie gesagt, "nur zu empfehlen".

Great property and very gracious hosts.

The rustic villa is ideally located just outside Lucca and close to everything around. Our hosts were very helpful in providing information as well as recommending what there was to do and see in the vicinity. The villa is very romantic and cosy. We would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Lovely Lucca Country Location with Extra Welcoming Hospitality

Beautifully restored country house, retaining all original features set in wonderful country gardens in the Morianese hills a very short drive from downtown Lucca. Exceptionally peaceful and the house is fully equipped with all homely comforts plus lovely outside areas for eating and relaxing. The hosts could not have been more helpful and welcoming providing details about the local areas and being available to assist with any questions. Definitely a place to return to again and again.

A wonderful place to stay!

Le Civette is a wonderful place to stay; the house is beautifully and comfortably furnished. There is everything you could need at the house during your stay including the use of the shared pool. It is ideally situated for visiting many interesting towns and cities in the Tuscany region and is very close to the lovely historic city of Lucca The owners, Giovanna and Antonio, who live on site are the most welcoming hosts you could hope for; their kindness and generosity is unlimited! We definitely hope to visit here again and would strongly recommend it to others.

Bella Casa aredatta con molto Gusto!

Giovanna e Antonio sono molto sympathice.Danno consiglie sui ristoranti,dove caminare,luoghi interessante... La Casa e ben situata, a 4km dat Lucca , nell verde. Grande giardino ,dove si puo' racolgiere frutta . Antonio noi a regalato una bottiglia die olio di olive . Proprieta a consigliare a un coppia.

Ein Traum

Eigentlich behält man Geheimtipps ja für sich... auf der anderen Seite kann man das wahre Glück nur empfinden, wenn man es teilt. Der geschmackvoll umgebaute "Stall" bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Privatsphäre mit eigenen Terrassen und dennoch bietet die Nähe und Gastfreundschaft von Giovanna und Antonio alles was man braucht, um sich vom ersten Tag an in der Toskana zu Hause zu fühlen. Wer also Erholung, Ruhe, Privatsphäre sucht, für ein paar Tage die Toskana und die wunderschöne Umgebung von Lucca einatmen und die Gastfreundschaft von zwei wunderbaren Menschen genießen will, ist hier goldrichtig. Vielen lieben Dank Giovanna und Antonio wir kommen gerne wieder.
