Up and coming neighborhood close to all the activity of downtown. Adjacent to Southtown and in between the Frost Center and Riverwalk, this is the perfect location to be in the mix.

What makes this property unique

Plenty of entertainment! The backyard includes washer and cornhole boards and a BBQ pit to grill out. Upstairs has a mini ping pong, foosball and pool table!
