Must be min 25 yrs old to rent. Historic Springfield home with tons of charm and space. Lovely peaceful backyard space, great for entertaining. Home has a large kitchen and entertaining space. There are 4 twins, 1 queen, 2 fold out sofa beds and an air mattress. Approximately 10 min san marco, riverside and other surrounding neighborhoods. 30 min to beaches and St Augustine. 1 mile to Vystar and other arenas.

The property is in a historic neighborhood and the house, while clean and comfortable, wears its age. It is very convenient to central Jacksonville and only about 15 minutes from the airport. All parking is street parking on a pretty crowded street, which was not a problem for our group with only one car, but with multiple cars might mean that some will be hunting for a space.Furnishings are simple but comfortable. We didn’t do extensive cooking, but the kitchen looked to have enough cookware to keep a group well-fed. Being a 1-1/2 bath (one tub/shower) house might be tight for a larger group.The neighborhood was well-lit at night, and many of the houses (this one included) keep party lights and porch lights on at night. We didn’t have a chance to get out and walk the neighborhood, but noticed many others out and around.
