We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything was well maintained! It was easy to settle in and feel right at home. The pool area was by far the best we have seen. The entire outdoor set up was spectacular! And included a TV, table and chairs, several lounge chairs, and a large umbrella that made the space both functional and relaxing. The layout was extremely inviting and truly a big selling point for this property. We spent so much time enjoying the beautiful outdoor area.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made the experience even better.Overall, we had a fantastic day and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable home with an amazing outdoor space!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose the Providence Golf Community because it offers the perfect balance of resort-style amenities, natural beauty, and central access to top Florida attractions. The neighborhood is gated and beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping, quiet streets, and a real sense of tranquility — yet it's just a short drive to Walt Disney World, shopping, dining, and other family-friendly activities.

We also loved the on-site golf course, community clubhouse, fitness center, and resort pool with waterslides, which make it feel like a vacation every day. For us, it was the ideal blend of comfort, security, and fun — great for both short stays and extended getaways.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our home stands out because it blends modern luxury with thoughtful comfort in a way that truly enhances the guest experience. A few things that make it special:

The heated saltwater pool and spa are skin-friendly and perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks.

We’ve installed a whole-house water filtration system, which means guests enjoy clean, soft water throughout — something you won’t find in most vacation rentals.

The upstairs loft is a full theater lounge with a 75” Smart TV and cozy reclining seats — ideal for movie nights or sports events.

For remote workers or digital nomads, we offer a dedicated office space with high-speed Wi-Fi, a 24” monitor, webcam, and docking station.

Plus, the home is set in the beautiful, gated Providence Golf Community, offering quiet surroundings, resort amenities, and quick access to Disney and other major attractions. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind while still staying connected to everything Central Florida has to offer.
