The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Optional but Appreciated If time allows in the morning, we would truly appreciate it if you could remove used bed linens, pillow covers & towels. Place them on top of the washer in the laundry room.
Trash Disposal: Please take out all trash and place it in the outdoor garbage bin located along the left side wall of the house (garage side)
Security Check: Before leaving, ensure that: All windows and the backyard sliding doors are securely locked from the inside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A Nest Doorbell Camera is installed at the front entrance for security. Another camera is installed on top right side of the garage door.
An additional mandatary once a month cleaning is provided at $200 per month for stays that are longer than a month.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything was well maintained! It was easy to settle in and feel right at home.The pool area was by far the best we have seen. The entire outdoor set up was spectacular! And included a TV, table and chairs, several lounge chairs, and a large umbrella that made the space both functional and relaxing. The layout was extremely inviting and truly a big selling point for this property. We spent so much time enjoying the beautiful outdoor area.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made the experience even better.Overall, we had a fantastic day and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable home with an amazing outdoor space!
