Welcome to the ADKS, barn-style, where this small red barn is full of a cool vibe, coupled w/cozy warmth! The Bear Cub Barn restoration was owner's labor of love to create magic in an otherwise forgotten barn. We rebuilt, top to bottom, inside & out! The finish is a uniquely fresh stay w/all the creature comforts, including a perfectly appointed kitchen, fresh furnishings, beds made w/meticulous care. We added all the touches to spoil guests for a welcoming stay, in our beloved Bolton Landing.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We stayed the weekend of July 4th . The property was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and clear directions for check in. Communication with the host was great with occasional lag in response due to wifi in the area but was the host very responsive to our needs!
