Comfortable and modern apartment located a 10 minutes walk from Charles Darwin Avenue.
Fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, Cable TV.
The building has a Water Purification System, additional to this, the kitchen has its own Water Purification System for drinking water.
Solar Panels for the Water System.
Beach towels and snorkeling masks are available in the apartment.
In the backyard of the Building there is a BBQ grill with a nice outdoor seating atmosphere and a Laundry room with Washing & Dryer machines and detergent..

The place is perfect in every way, clean , spacious, great kitchen, comfortable beds, also the laundry facility is so helpful for longer stay. The host communication is excellent, immediate responds, great recommendations for the activities and local eats, location is also good , 10-15 minutes to walk to town center. we enjoyed our stay very much. highly recommend this place.

We felt we found a gem. It is a beautiful house very close to downtown . The house have everything you needed , two bedroom two bath and spacious kitchen living room plus washer dryer. It is everything you needed it to feel like a Home. Excellent communication with the host Andrea , she replied text in the second always. She also gave us great recommendation for what to do on the islands , it made our life very easy and we saw everything we need to see by her recommendation. We like this place so much so we made a second reservation after we come back from different island. highly highly recommend this place. You wouldn’t disappointed.
