Our home runs on well water and holding tanks. Well water will cause some yellowing of the toilets and be aware of washing white clothing as sometimes the water can stain white linens. We have an iron breaker on the home to reduce staining and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. Please be mindful of water use and extended showers. Our holding tank will set off an alarm when it is at 90% capacity. Please turn off the alarm, located in the bunk room closet, and immediately contact the host. This will ensure that the tanks will be pumped ASAP. If still renting and the tanks are pumped, please turn alarm signal back to 'ON'.

TRASH DAY :
- trash day is on Thursday. Please make sure to have trash bins at the end of the driveway on Thursday morning before 9am. Do not put out the night before to avoid bear tampering.
Kayaks, life jackets and various lake toys are located in the shed. Please be mindful to return to the shed before check out. Make sure all kayaks, paddle boards and lily pads are dry and free of sand before storing. When kayaks are not in use, please turn upside down and pull up toward the grass. We can get high winds and unmanned Kayaks can drift to the other side of the lake quickly.
Two solo stoves are present on the property, one on the beach and one on the patio. Fire wood is behind the house. Please make sure to cover the solo stove when not in use.
