Ben and Amy’s house is the perfect size for a medium to large group. There is enough space indoors for spreading out and relaxing, the bedrooms are spacious and plenty of bathrooms!The outdoor spaces are just amazing, the large deck on the back of the house is very comfortable and the front porch is beautiful! The goats and chickens were a favorite of our grandson.I cannot say enough good things about this home and property! The kitchen is large with a table and seating at the island and has plenty of everything you need for cooking and eating in. The home was spotless when we arrived with milk and eggs in the frig.The host is extremely responsive, text replies were immediate.We love the location, slightly outside of Frankfort but very quiet and still close to beaches and market. We will definitely stay here again on our next Michigan trip!

Such a great property! This place is awesome. The house was super cleans and renovated. Kitchen has high end finishes and we didn’t come across anything we needed and they didn’t have there. 3 upstairs rooms, 1 on main level with multiple beds and dang near an apartment downstairs. Nice deck with grill. Big fire pit with chairs. House is great. But…they also have goats! The kids and my wife had so much fun with them. It’s like a little homestead. Chickens too! The location is super close to anything g but it’s not far from a ton of things to do. We used it to see Arcadia bluffs golf, Frankfort town and beach (prob best beach we saw along the lake all week), sleeping bear dunes, crystal lake, cherry republic etc. The owners were very communicative and very nice. This is the kind of house you want to stay in. Can’t say enough good things about it.
