Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We booked the night before. The listing said that it accepted last minute booking. We received a confirmation that the booking went through, but we’re never given check-in instructions and access. I sent several messages to the owner with no response. I called VRBO and they were unable to get a hold of the owner. Ultimately we were stranded with nowhere to stay two families with kids and a dog with activities already scheduled. VRBO gave us a refund but not much else. We are responsible to find new accommodations last minute. Could not be more disappointed.
