The Bay is a private home & Beach front Cottage with 500 Feet of beach front, 5-bedrooms, 4 -Bathrooms private tropical luxury home on 5 acres in the laid-back Old Man Bay community on the Northside.

The Bay is an outstanding vacation rental choice, with an array of features that promise a luxurious and relaxing stay.

Bedrooms accommodating up to 16 guests.

Main House:
Master Bedroom: Oceanfront with a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in shower.
2nd Bedroom: Oceanfront with a King-size bed.
3rd Bedroom: Garden view with a Queen-size bed. Shares a Jack 'n' Jill bathroom with the 2nd bedroom.
4th Bedroom: Garden view with Bunk Beds that sleep 6. Private en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Beach Cottage:
BEDROOM 5 is in the NEW Beach Front Cottage next to the main house with full ocean views, King Bedroom, Living room, Full Bathroom and full kitchen. Games Room with en-suite.

BONUS Queen/Twin Bunk Bed in Living Area.

Main House Kitchen: Fully equipped with dual sinks, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic cooking top, blender, etc.

Dining: Oceanfront dining room with a circular glass table seating 6. Two more dining tables and then seating for 18 under coconut trees with fairy lights.

What an amazing propery, host and home! We had a fantastic stay with plenty to do for everyone from ages 7 to 80. The house was clean and what a beautiful location. Morne was filled with great recommendations for food and activities. The only thing to keep in mind is that the beach isn't swimmable from the house itself, but there are plenty of great beach options close by.

We had everything we needed in one cottage or the other. Host was very attentive to our needs and any questions about activities. Had one minor issue with hot water that was attended to immediately. Loved the quiet location with easy access to everything the Grand Caymans had to offer.

Our 3 generations stayed at this house for a week over new years. The accommodations were perfect for our 13 people with plenty of space to gather and spread out. Our host, Morne, was very responsive when we had questions / concerns. There is so much to do at this house. It's a short drive to Rum Point and a few restaurants as well. We would stay here again! Thank you Morne!

House was very clean and with beautiful outdoor spaces. The cottage is newer and the original house is bigger, plenty of room for our group of 13 age range 7 to 74. It was nice to have different activities amd relaxing spaces for everyone (bags, soccer, pool, beach, different lounge areas). The hosts were very attentive and gave us lots of information about how to enjoy the island and were available to answer any questions we had about adjusting our itinerary or dinner recommendations. The available concierge service was great. After a day of travel, having groceries already delivered and a meal catered at home were wonderful. Chef Stefano made an amazing meal. Note that I'd describe the bunk room differently, it's two bunk beds total eith queen botton and twin top; to me the listing reads like two twin bunks and separately two queens. This wasnt an issue for us but consider as you plan sleeping arrangements for big groups.

The Property is wonderful and exceeded our expectations! There were 13 of us on vacation and every one of us had a more than comfortable place to sleep. The two facilities were spotless and were laid out beautifully. The Hosts were courteous and accommodating. We received great advice from them during our stay regarding restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. The property is walking distance from the Crystal Caves, which is a must-see. We had everything we needed from the kitchen to the Rec Room. Paddle Board, swings, outdoor grill, pool, hammocks, we enjoyed them all! It is a little over a half hour to drive to George Town and Seven Mile Beach, which for us was perfect. We had an absolute incredible stay, and every one of us enjoyed it immensely. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to others!
