Venetian Bay Villages is just off HWY 192, in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. Venetian Bay is ideally located as a "home base" for other Florida activities including the Space Coast or the Gulf Coast. This unit is located in building 32 and was completely renovated in 2013 with new carpet floors, new paint, new kitchen appliances, all new furniture and beds and new flat screen TVs. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for families or for a few friends golfing or vacationing. This Vacation Home has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening with cable TV, and a DVD player to enjoy your favorite movie. The family room is open to the Dining room and the kitchen so that you can socialize while enjoying a great meal prepared in your own fully equipped kitchen.

Spacious sleeping accommodation awaits you with 4 bright and roomy bedrooms. The main floor master bedroom has a king sized bed and a big flat screen TV. It opens onto an attached ensuite bath with a big shower and a deep, jetted tub. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a king bed, a TV and an attached ensuite bath. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and another flat screen TV. The last bedroom has 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV. These bedrooms share a hall bath with tub and shower.

Make use of one of the four community pools including the huge, heated pool at the clubhouse. Make a day of it at the clubhouse pool and enjoy a bar-b-que at one of the provided grills. Let the kids frolic in one of the three awesome playgrounds. There are also tennis courts, a basketball court and a sand volleyball area for your enjoyment. The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness room, games room, computer room and movie theatre! Take a walk on the paved pathways to enjoy the grounds, beautifully lush with trees and gardens as well as several ponds, and a great covered gazebo overlooking the fountain. Feel safe during your stay at Venetian Bay as it is a fully guard gated community with great staff. As well, there is a local management company just a phone call away in the event of an emergency.

Volleyball house rental.

This was rented for a VB coach, her family and another player and parents. It was the perfect size, had great location to pools, and was easy to go to and from the Orange County Convention Center where they were playing.

The home was poorly maintained. The walls have marks on them, the microwave door was taped together. The ac was poorly maintained and kept shutting off. Every fabric surface in the place was stained and smelled. The amenities at the property were outstanding, but the host property left much to be desired.

Golf trip was a hit.

Overall property was great. The unit itself was clean, easy to access, central to all highways and close to shopping. The small issue we had was the bathtub in the upstairs bedroom, the guest that was in that room found it very uncomfortable and small. There were a few areas where the baseboards need repair but overall great. Love the washer and dryer on the main level downstairs.

Very nice place. Lots of amenities. Clean and nice location. Two improvements could be done. It would be nice to have a clicker to enter the back gate entrance so that you do not have to waiting line to enter through the front gate. Two of the TV's in the bedrooms did not work. Minor problems enjoyed the stay but those two upgrades would be nice.

WHILE THE PROPERTTY WAS PERFECT IN SIZE FOR OUR PARTY THE DISTANE WITH TRAFFIC TO UNIVERSAL IS NOT CONDUSIVE TO AN EASY TRIP.TO DISNEY WA NO PROBLEM (TRAFFIC DIFFERENCE). AND WE LIKE TO UTITLIZE UBER AND IT IS DIFFICULT IWTH THE ENTRANCE TO THE PROPERTY BEING AS IT IS.

Firstly I have to mention that the owners and property management are fantastic. Quick responses and polite! I had a great stay with my party of 7. The beds were snuggly and made for a good night's sleep. We had been supplied with plenty of toilet paper and paper towels that lasted us the weekend. The porch was a nice feature. This unit is towards the back of the property so it was wonderfully quiet. The jetted tub was heavenly after a long day at the convention! Having a good soak with a good drink and book was the perfect way to end the day! I will be renting again in the future and look forward to staying with them again!

The place is dirty, the bed sheets have hairs, towels do not smell clean and the house indoor paint is dirty. The door has insecure lock. The lessee was inspected and has no interest in the claims.
