Thank you for taking the time to review our home Jennifer. There was a trim piece on the microwave that was reattached with tape. We have replaced the microwave since your stay. I cannot find any record of being contacted in regard to the air conditioning over the course of your 3 month stay. We also have had no concerns from any guest since your departure several weeks ago nor has our maintenance noted any concern with the AC. AC systems normally cycle on and off as the set temperature is reached, so perhaps this is what you noticed?

We have checked and fixed the issue with the TVs. We would have been happy to assist you with them if you had let us know during your stay

We are not surprised by this review from this guest. The guest contacted us upon arrival advising that they were locked out and immediately started demanding compensation. We responded and found that they could not use the lock box which was working fine. We let them in and showed them how to use the lock box. They called later that day and advised that the sheets and towels were not clean and again demanded compensation. We again attended the property in order to inspect the towels and sheets and the guest advised that they had already washed some. We inspected the others and they could not show us any issues with them. This was less than 2 hours after arrival and they claimed to have already washed and dried many of the sheets, which would have been impossible in that time. We are not sure what the complaint about the insecure lock refers to, as we have had numerous guests before this guest that have had no problems with the locks and they are inspected after every guest stay and there were no issues found with these locks. We also have no idea what they mean by dirty paint. These guests repeatedly told us that they had no money and they could not really afford to stay and repeatedly demanded that we return some of the money that they had agreed to pay to stay with us. While we felt bad for them not having any extra money, we cannot refund money to guests just because they cannot afford what they have booked.
