• Villa refurbishment activity is taking place from Jan. 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025. Please anticipate intermittent construction noise in the vicinity of the project during this time.

• The Clubhouse pool area will be closed for refurbishment from Sept. 15, 2025 to Oct. 10, 2025. All other resorts pools and amenities are expected to remain open during this time.

• Please be advised that there is off-site construction surrounding the resort.
