Este condominio de dos habitaciones con garaje para un solo automóvil está ubicado en el acogedor y conveniente vecindario de Plantations East, a solo 10 minutos del centro de Lewes y Rehoboth Beach. Hermoso condominio en el primer piso en el agua, con una sala de sol alrededor para leer y relajarse. Cada habitación del condominio tiene una vista del lago. Condo fue comprado en mayo de este año, ha sido decorado con gusto, con nuevas camas en 2018, una cama king, dos camas queen, ideal para una pequeña familia, parejas y escapadas de amigos en la playa, un montón de senderos para bicicletas y senderos para elegir el área, una piscina comunitaria, gimnasio, tenis y estudio de Pilates a 5 minutos a pie, ya minutos de supermercados, cines, tiendas outlet, excelentes restaurantes y otras comodidades.

We had a patch of bad luck with the weather and a theft (did not occur at the property) so our vacation was not what we were hoping. However the house itself was gorgeous, spotless and cozy. In addition our communication with the hosts who were gracious, helpful and communicative was probably the best we have experienced. The house and the location are about as summer perfect as you can get and actually even better than the photos which are very attractive, are able to reveal.

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely condo! It was our third time staying here and we hope to book again next year. The condo is perfect for our family of four, centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood. It is meticulously clean, comfortable and well maintained. The host is very responsive as well. My favorite part is the beautiful sunroom that overlooks the pond; I could sit there relaxing for hours!

The place was very clean and quiet. Everything was spotless. All the furniture was new. The owners are very accommodating and respond quickly to all requests. The apartment was close to outlet shopping and the beaches. I will probably try to rent it again next summer.

Lovely condo

Great condo- as described in the listing. View of pond is lovely. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. One disappointment was that the charming porch does not have A/C so it was quite hot and stuffy during the hot week we were there. The ceiling fans just moved around the hot air unfortunately. We’d recommend that owner install a mini split A/C or allow sliding doors to be opened to allow condo A/C to cool it. Owner had note to keep doors closed. We would have loved to spend most of our time on the porch had it been comfortable. This was our first trip to the area so it was central for driving though the Coastal highway road is aggravating with traffic- despite our stay being after Labor Day. Very nice stay overall for us!

Perfect vacation week

Wonderful property

We are repeat renters and are already looking forward to returning next summer. This Condo is the perfect place for our family of four. Relaxing in the gorgeous sunroom overlooking the lake is one of my favorite parts of our stay! The Condo is impeccably maintained, beautifully decorated and in a great location - easily accessible to downtown Lewes, Cape henlopen, and Rehoboth. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed going for walks each morning around the pond. Communication with the Condo owners was easy and the entire experience was stress free. 5 stars for sure!

Wonderful vacation!

Originally we had only planned to stay for 4 days, but the house was beautiful, and stocked with all of the amenities you could need, so we asked to extend it to 6 days! Karen was wonderful to work with, and we would love to stay again! Great location for the beaches and shopping. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation!

Stay at pondview in Lewes

We loved our stay at the house. It was a super cute home with a beautiful view of the pond. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing we missed was a gas grill for cooking, but there were many restaurants to choose from which were close by and very good. Great communication with the owners. Would stay there again!! Thank you for a lovely stay

Beautiful condo close to everything

The condo was beautiful and perfectly located within 15-20 minutes of 4 beaches and lots of things to do. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. We loved having the garage- it was perfect for us to keep our beach stuff in overnight and when we went out for dinner, activities and shopping in the evenings. And the sun porch was a nice addition with office space for my husband and I to do a little work in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Wonderful getaway

The home is lovely and served as a wonderful getaway for my daughter’s birthday celebration. The pond view is absolutely lovely and the neighborhood is really peaceful with wonderful neighbors. My husband and I walked the neighborhood several days for exercise and literally ever neighbor we passed waved and said hi. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and the bedrooms have comfortable beds for a good nights sleep. Rehoboth beach is only a 15 minute drive away and Savanah beach is even closer (less than 4 miles). You are close to nice restaurants and several grocery stores. The owners are lovely and wonderful to work with. They installed a second TV for us on the first day we arrived and made sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again anytime we make a trip to Rehoboth.

Wonderful property

After staying at the same place for the past 6 years we were nervous about renting somewhere new but we needed more space as our kids have gotten older. Karen and Steve's condo exceeded our expectations and was everything we were looking for! The condo was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The sunroom overlooking the pond was my favorite place to take a few moments to relax. Karen was very responsive and a gracious host and patiently answered all of my questions before we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet and close to Cape Henlopen, Lewes and Rehoboth. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to get away!

Our family enjoyed each step of getting away and this property only made it better! Very clean, neatly put together, all the extra kitchen items and thought that went into making our stay fantastic. Lovely Place Close to Everything

The property is lovely and minutes from everything in Lewes. In a quiet neighborhood with wonderful pond views, it was perfect for relaxing after days at the beach or exploring the area. The property owners were very attentive. We will definitely be rebooking when we come back!

Can’t wait to come back

This was our first long vacation away from home since my daughter had her son and it did not disappoint. We had the most amazing time and such a great experience! I loved watching the birds off the porch with my grandson. The condo was comfortable and homey. We are hoping to come back soon!
