THINGS TO KNOW *The village pool is heated in the winter, but we do not control when it's heated or not. The HOA is in control of heating the pool and the pool maintenance. *Flat path to the front door. *This rental is located on floor 1. *Parking notes: No passes or codes are required. There are also no RVs, boats, or trailer parking permitted. *An outdoor shower for rinsing sand off is located on the side of the garage. *Parking is available in the driveway only and for 2 vehicles. Please note that boats, trailers, and RV's are NOT permitted. Street parking is not allowed.
A few reminders for your trip: - A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided -We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay -One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest. -While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs. -Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long -Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.

We had the best time staying here! The home was very clean and is in a family friendly neighborhood! It had everything we needed when it came to pots and pans, etc. We had 12 people staying here, and had enough room to spread out. The showers never ran out of hot water which was a plus with this many people. We ended up driving to the beach access at Westmark South. It had a boardwalk to get to the beach that was much easier! The beach access at Westmark North was close to this house, but you had to walk through a lot of sand to get to the actual beach area. This house is super close to the pool. We did think the pool area over here wasn't as nice and kept up like the pool at Westmark South. Everything was in close driving distance, and that was convenient. We had an issue with the air conditioning setting and they were quick to respond and help fix it! I will definitely rent from this company again, and would stay in this house again. We come every year, and we can't wait to come back next year!
