My family and I enjoyed a wonderful night in this beautiful family friendly home. All adminities were perfect. Everybody had a great time and I really appreciated. Thank you very much. I/We would recommend this place and this renter to anybody!!! Also, hoping to meet up with him again next year. Again thank you!Joan
This is a great property for events at Road America. We had 8 people sleeping comfortably, albeit with three younger guys sharing one bedroom. The host was helpful and accommodating. There was beer and water in the fridge and the coffee maker was even loaded with coffee and water. There's a fire pit in the back yard and plenty of chairs and firewood were provided. The fire was a better alternative to standing around a crowded bar in Elkhart Lake and that was the team-building surprise of the weekend. We had some special sports cars and were able to safely park them in the 2-car garage attached to the house. The house felt safe and private and the large yard was impeccably maintained. It's not a high-end house with marble and granite but everything was clean and well-stocked with towels and soap so it was more than acceptable. Outside there was quite a bit of road noise from the nearby cross streets but it wasn't a problem inside the house. There's no air conditioning which wasn't a problem for our mild weekend. but would have been a bummer if it was sweltering outside.

There are 3 window air conditioners in upstairs level. The curtains may have been hiding them. The lower level is always cool.
Fans in all rooms. House stays plenty cool on hot days.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is lovely, spacious, and clean. The property is quite big and provides an excellent space to walk or room for younger children to play. Several family members enjoyed a walk about after our drive on Saturday. The house was perfect for our group, and the living room was our gathering place for Saturday evening as well as Sunday morning. We cooked our evening meal and our morning breakfast in the kitchen. The only minor issue was that our group had 9 people but only 8 spoons available. We were prepared with some disposable cutlery, plates, and bowls, just in case, though. The house is only 10 minutes or so from Plymouth, which was our point of activity for the weekend. It is also just minutes from Road America, some of the other smaller towns like Cascade, and within 20-30 minutes of Lake Michigan. We stayed when fall colors were near their peak, and this property has some lovely views, and the drive to Plymouth was full of autumn colors. Highly recommend for fall color viewing. Mark, our host, was gracious and accessible. We will be back.
We were delighted with this property for our home base for our annual Vintage Race stay. The house was spacious for our group, as was the yard. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit in the evening. Being just one mile from town was close for every event we attended at Road America, as well as very convenient to go into town for the beach or resturants. Everyone who stayed with us loved the place! Mark was very gracious to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again, we highly recommend!
Mark was great. Helped out when needed. Would highly recommend staying here
