Turn off ceiling fans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No gatherings of more than 10 people are allowed at any time. Also, parties or events that disturb other residents are strictly prohibited.
Noise levels should be kept to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
Ocean City ordinance makes it unlawful to barbecue on balconies and building property. A fine and lease termination could be imposed.

Wonderful stay. Great communication with host. Host took the time to call us and let us know the condos is ready. Pictures are as posted. Great Location, again Great Location. Especially happy, we were able to regulate the AC/Heat because my mother stays cold. Great Stay, will stay again.

My friend and I are both over 60 and booked this pretty last minute. The owner was amazing as far as immediate communication which was great considering the short amount of time. He answered every question that I asked very promptly. The property is in a quieter area and this unit is on the third floor. There is not an elevator but the outside steps were very easy to climb. The unit itself was very clean and well stocked with essential supplies. Most of the kitchen items are labeled and the kitchen is well equipped with several useful appliances. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
