Perfect Place!

We enjoyed our stay and will stay in this same condo again. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings. Perfect location and wonderful accommodations.

Thank you for a great Carribean Christmas trip!

This property is as good as it looks in the photos. The furnishings are well kept and beds are comfortable. The property is ideally located and there is a sandy beach with chairs available daily. Perfect place for our family of four. We are already planning to return to RBC 133.

Best location and beautiful, clean unit!

Picked this unit based on location and pictures of unit. Was a great choice in every way. The water was always calm and clear. Beach chairs and umbrellas always available. We were able to get an early check in. Beautifully decorated and located near restaurants and shopping. Sat on the screened in balcony and watched the waves every morning and awesome sunsets every night. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Wonderful family vacation

The condo was great for our family. Great view of the ocean and all the basic necessities. We were a little disappointed in the beach or lack of beach but unfortunately after the hurricane the south side of seven Mile beach is much smaller. We were still able to enjoy the water and even snorkel right off the beach. The property management and security were very friendly and helpful which was very nice. We had a rental car but there is plenty within walking distance. We had a wonderful week on the island. .

Great Condo, Perfect View!

Regal Beach overall and the Condo unit were great!. The property and the condo were very clean and well cared for. Petra met us the first day and gave us a lot of "tourist" information on restaurants and activities. We enjoyed having the beach literally steps away. The water was so clear and our section of the beach was never crowded. It was also convenient having the Marriott next door for water activities. We rented a car so we could tour the island, but there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance. This property is definitely centrally located.

So happy you found Regal Beach the perfect vacation spot. The Caribbean view is breathtaking! There truly are a multitude of restaurants just a short walk from the condo. A great place to kick back and relax, in peace and quiet, without the crowds. Please come and stay with us again when your travels bring you back to Grand Cayman Island.

Beautiful Condo

I wish we lived there! The condo seemed brand new. Very nice furniture and very clean. We loved the large table in dining room-played family games every night. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything from dishes to towels, to the televisions were of a high quality. The owners have put a lot of care into the condo, it is a beautiful condo. Regal Beach is in the best location on 7MB! See you next year!

Wonderful Property and the Best Beach

We've stayed at several different condo properties on the island and this was among the best. The beach and immediate sand getting into the water were the best we've found on the island, sandy and a gentle slope; stays pretty shallow so great for kids too. The condo itself was updated and very nice, no complaints there but we spent most of our time on the patio or beach. All in all I would HIGHLY recommend this property, it's also not to far back from the beach which was really nice; when looking at other properties within this complex that is something to consider as they go back for a ways. The other nice thing is that's it's right in the thick of many businesses, great location and easy walk to most places or a short taxi.

Fantastic Cayman Getaway

Stunning views from the unit. Well furnished and had everything you could need from beach towels to wine glasses to quality linens. The complex was quiet and the grounds were immaculate. It is truly just steps to the beach, closer than the pics show. There were ample chairs and umbrellas on the beach and the swimming was glorious. Snorkelled for the first time ever and it was amazing! Restaurants, shopping close by and the taxi service (when we used it) was excellent. We were two adults and two university age children...fun for everyone! We would definitely go back to Grand Cayman and we would highly recommend this unit.

Clean and nice

We thought that the property and our unit were excellent. The beach is outstanding with clear warm water and a great view of the cruise ships in the harbor and the sunset. Petra was very helpful when we arrived. It was nice being next to the Marriott for its amenities (drinks, Red Sail sports, lunch, etc) but nice not to be on their crowded beach!! We rented a car, and this made going out to restaurants and getting groceries and getting to and from the airport very easy. Easy to get around, although the left side of road driving took a bit of getting used to. The island is expensive, but we were extremely happy with the condo, the restaurants, snorkeling, the friendly people and the beautiful sea. We will definitely be back.

wonderful family vacation

My family of 5 stayed in this incredible condo for a week in February. It was clean, beautifully decorated and exactly as pictured. It was well equipped with everything you need - kitchen appliances, nice wine glasses, pool floats, snorkel gear etc. We especially enjoyed the outside screened in deck, perfect for our meals and even homework! The location and proximity to the beach was the best, especially for the price paid. Many thanks to Petra and Dale - they were very responsive with all my questions before and during our stay. They even dropped off coffee filters at 9pm on Saturday night when I told them none were left in the condo (grocery stores are closed on Sundays). Also, it was easy to get chairs and umbrellas at the beach everyday. I would highly recommend having groceries delivered by Kirks Market prior to your arrival. Joyce was a pleasure to work with. It was wonderful to arrive to a fully stocked fridge. I did plan quite a bit before we left and brought some food with me. If you would like some money saving tips, just message me. We did 2 Sting Ray City boat tours with Acquarius Tours. Incredible crew and free underwater pictures. Also did an amazing horseback ride/swim tour with Pampered Ponies. Our favorite restaurants all w/in walking distance - Craft, Burger Shack, Coconut Joes, and Cimboco ($5 breakfast). Overall, this was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. Don't hesitate, just book it!

Where’s the beach?

The property is outstanding. Location is so close via inland travels to anywhere, truly walking distance. In order to walk Seven Mile Beach, frim this property, you’ll have to leave the propery and walk north about a half mile to the beach access just past the tunnel on your left. Walk the path to the beach, and there it is, in all its beauty. You could also snorkel from the Regal Beach Club up to this point.

Wonderful beachfront condo

We had a lovely stay here. It Is a great location, very well furnished with a nice pool and close by to restaurants and shopping. The only negative I can find is that there is pretty much no beach left in front of the condos. However, I think this is more a problem for much of 7 mile beach then particular to this property. I would stay here again.

Amazing Spring Break/Diving Trip with Another Family

We came with our two teens and another family who also had two teens. We came to dive and also enjoy some beach and pool time. The Regal Beach Club surpassed our expectations. It was amazing!! The 2B, 2B unit was perfect. We appreciated the laundry, great kitchen and screened in patio. The beach was wonderful as was the pool. The unit was super close to some great dining and Camana Bay. Thank you!

Easy choice for 7-mile beach

Great location - if you want to experience crystal clear Caribbean water, you can't beat 7-mile beach, and Regal Beach is very well located. Very clean, well-maintained property with beautiful landscaping. Unit was great and had everything we needed. Ildi (the property manager) was always accessible and immediately took care of any questions/requests. If you have a family, I highly recommend this condo over a hotel.

Villa was beautiful. Beach area so perfect. Swimming pools and area great. Location very convenient!

The villa was so pretty, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We loved the outside patio overlooking the beach and ate breakfast there every morning and had cocktails there every evening. The pool areas and the grounds are very well kept and clean. The beach was literally in our back yard with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Inflatables were available for our use at our villa. The Regal Beach Club is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery store, car rental, and gas station. Minutes from George Town. Staff were exceptional. Very nice and helpful. We all had a fabulous time.

Fun trip to Grand Cayman

My husband and I arrived Grand Cayman on Monday to vacation with my Sister and Brother in law. Once we got to the condo, we saw the beautiful beach and ocean. Such beautiful colors of flowers, terrific views and of course a gorgeous place to stay. Our condo was very clean, was decorated so nicely in Ocean and white theme. The king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had nice new appliances. All units have a terrific screened in porch that is lovely for having coffee and breakfast each morning, a glass of wine in the evening and wonderful conversation while hearing the ocean. The staff at Regal Beach are extremely nice, and have the answers to whatever you may need to know. All are polite, kind and welcoming. Each day we started our day with a beautiful walk on the beach at the waters edge. Afternoons were spent on the beach, under the umbrellas and felt the light breezes. We did like having lunches at Coconut Joe's-a local open air place that has excellent french toast as well as burgers. We also liked lunch next door at The Marriott's Veranda. If you are looking for a great little shop, try the gift shop inside the Marriott. We ate dinner at The Cracked Conch, The Wharf, Casa 43 Mexican, Calypso Grill--all have wonderful atmosphere, open air dining, excellent service and great food. We loved our vacation and will definitely visit Grand Cayman again.

Great Place, Amenities & Services!

My husband, a friend, our toddler and I stayed at Regal recently and we truly enjoyed the place and amenities. I almost felt as comfortable as in my house. Maid service is included except on Sundays and the girl even provided some tips and places that we had no idea about. Furniture, bedding and electronics are in great shape and upgraded. They provided coffee filters, paper towels and dish soup / detergent aside from toiletries. The only thing I would have preferred was an actual crib instead of a pack n play for my daughter to sleep in. She doesn't do well sleeping there at night but this might not be an issue for other kids. High chair and strollers were included as well. The owner met us there as soon as we arrived and explained everything to us. She brought us some fresh fruits as a welcoming gift. Totally recommend it!
