We recently purchased and completely repainted and decorated this home. The open areas of this home are great features as well as the screened balcony upstairs. It is the ultimate in relaxation. From the spacious lanai heated pool to the dock directly on a wide view water direct canal you won't want to leave. Pour yourself a drink and sit on the dock and watch the dolphin, manatee and tarpon. Nearly the entire southeast side of the home opens to the most spectacular view imaginable.

Once inside the home enjoy the spacious kitchen with everything you need to prepare a fantastic seafood meal. The living area is open as well with a TV console for added ambiance with a large Flat screen TV. The master bedroom is appointed with a king size bed flat screen TV and access to lanai. The master bathroom has a his and her vanity with a shower that has several shower heads. The upstairs has it's own great room and flat screen TV. This great room has access to the screened balcony overlooking the pool and lower lanai. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms.

Crossing the bridge to Marco we request you leave all worries behind. The island has something for everyone. For the fisherman charter a boat for great deep sea fishing. Or catch the ferry to Key West for a day of fun. The beaches offer great shelling, sunbathing, or fun in the ocean. Just a short walk from the home is the grocery store, drug store and all the conveniences of home.

Gorgeous, luxurious home!

This home exceeded our expectations! Great location. Great layout. The home was spotless. We were a party of 10 and never felt crowded. The pool, views, decks.....everything, were great. Easy to get to all beaches and shopping. This was our second time visiting Marco Island and will be the only home we will stay at on future visits!!

Great property. cleaning could have been a little better but overall great experience

Huge property, great for our three families. There were a few things that needed maintenance but I don't think the owner knew about them. We left a list and he said he wish we had contacted him while we were there so he could have had them taken care of. We rented a boat for the week and were able to dock it at the property. There were lots of towels, linens and kitchen supplies (I.e. Pans, dishes, silverware, mixer, etc.) We brought a lot of that sort of thing not realizing it was well supplied). The kids loved the pool. Hot tub didn't work (didn't heat up) while we were there but the pool shop was out working on it. Overall, great experience. We would rent again.

Beautiful Home/Nice Vacation

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Our family had a wonderful and relaxing week in Marco Island. The home is very clean and fairly well maintained. The boys loved fishing and watching the Tarpon and dolphins from the dock. There were some issues with rotting wrought iron chairs and the little ones had issues with their feet in the pool (very rough bottom - leaving bloody feet). On our fourth night, the upstairs air conditioning unit went out. We called the manager immediately and he responded the next day. A repair man came out the next day and repaired the unit. Unfortunately those of us staying upstairs, had a very hot night and also unfortunately someone had to stay behind to let the repairman inside to fix said problem. Another concern: two cars were parked in the garage and only two cars were able to stay in the driveway. Other than those issues stated, we all enjoyed our time in Marco Island.

Nice home and pool! Quiet convenient location.

Nice home with pool great for families! Plenty of room for two big families. Fishing off deck was enjoyed by all. Plenty of towels and bedding. Washing machine broke when we were there and was immediately taken care of. Tigertail beach was beautiful with so many shells! Worth the short walk through the middle. South Beach was also gorgeous to see the sunset and find shells near the rocks. We had a great week!

Over the last two years the overall condition of the property has declined significantly!

We rented this house two years ago and in the interim the property has really declined a lot and dearly needs some TLC.

We noted several safety issues: 1) a number of slats were missing in the deck railing on the dock which created a hole large enough for a child to fall into the water. An old rickety bench was positioned in front of the hole which really wasnt safe. 2) The wrought iron patio table and chairs were so rusted that large chunks of rust were dropping of the legs creating sharp hazards for little kids walking around the pool area in bare feet. There were burned out light bulbs throughout the house. Garage door remote control didnt work even with a new battery. Scale in the pool was so bad the pool bottom and walls were like coarse sandpaper. Kids feet were raw after a day in the pool. The icemaker that was broken two years ago is still broken, repairman came said he needed a part but never fixed it during the two weeks we were there. No ESPN on the tv service which meant we didnt see any of the college football games. Cushions on the poolside sofas badly stained and should be replaced.

The physical building and layout with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths is very good. However, our overall impression is that normal maintenance and care have been badly neglected.

Owner's Response: Nancy As the owner we are always concerned with any issues that may arise as our guests stay. The first line of defense is to always contact our manager with concerns while your at the home rather than after your stay. All new patio furniture has been ordered and is being delivered this weekend. The TV had been placed on vacation mode and that was taken care of with a quick call to direct tv. The icemaker was replaced and was simply turned off as there had not been any guests prior to your stay. The garage remote was a gfi breaker that needed reset. Again we appreciate your business but the best line of defense is to contact our manager as soon as problems arrise and we can address them immediately.
