Apartment was dirty and not cleaned. Its a converted garage no light in the apartment. Hair everywhere in the shower and dirt all over the couch and stained pillows. Not responsive guest i sat waiting outside for an hour and provided old lock box instructions that were not applicable. Black mold on the back wall as well. Be careful the owners will lie. They asked me for a good review and i said i couldn’t based off how bad the apartment was and they just made up stuff. Also damaged apartment walls with stuffing exposed

We’re sorry the guest left unhappy, but we feel it’s important to provide some context. The guest knew before arrival that pets were not permitted and that any resulting damage would be his responsibility. Unfortunately, he brought an unauthorized cat that caused significant wall damage and additional cleaning, costing us over $200 to restore the property for the comfort of our future guests. We take cleanliness very seriously and are proud of having one of the best cleaning teams in the business. Every property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before each guest arrives. We welcome honest feedback, but we believe this review does not fairly reflect what occurred, and we hope future guests will take this context into consideration.

This studio was so close to being nice. With a few dollars this place could be much nicer. There is too much mold on the alley side wall, needs a dehymidifier. Entrance could be improved with pressure washing, a new rug, paint. Floor threshold into bathroom needs repair. The wifi was usuable due to how slow it was, needs to be updated.

This is a small (converted 2-car garage) guest suite. It was clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood and no problem finding parking on the street. AC unit worked well. Not a bright place but plenty of good recessed lighting throughout. Shower had good hot water. We were able to stream Netflix using our account but unable to get local channels on the TV. Management responded a couple of times by text to help with the TV issue, but they didn't solve the problem, even though we were there five nights. Kitchenette is adequate with motel sized refrigerator. Only bath towels are provided, so bring or buy your own hand towels, dish towels, and wash cloths. We were advised not to use the back door, as it leads into the backyard of the primary house which is rented separately; the back door was locked and blocked.
