Great location near Bedford. Comfy beds. This home is kinda part of a working ranch. It was cool to see the horses and farmers out often. Would have no problem staying again

Stayed here for the weekend for a family gathering, it was great! It was honestly better than I expected. The kids loved it and we were able to fit two families very comfortably. The ping pong table was a huge hit. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

Lots of room and well stocked

We needed a weekend away and this was great. Wouldn’t recommend for families with little kids as it was close to highway and lots of traffic and no fence around property.

Perfect location for us and the beds were so comfortable. The perfect amount and high quality kitchen supplies available and nice bathrooms. Host was super friendly and available but also not intrusive. The place was more wheelchair accessible than we expected with a ramp in the back of the house (though it is steep) and a seat in one of the main level showers with a handheld shower head. Though not ADA and not advertised as such, these accommodations were useful for us and it was a pleasant surprise when we are used to making things work. Host also quick to offer any way to assist further if they could. Excellent communication and would happily come back.

The listing does not do this home justice. It was absolutely perfect. The house was pristine. The hosts have thought of eveything. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. The beds are so so comfortable. Plenty of space for our 10 people. The living room upstairs is huge and a perfect place for kids to hang out. It’s about an hour from jackson but the traffic there is a nightmare. We would book here again and enjoyed the scenic drive to the popular things to do. The town close by has everything you need - grocery store, coffee, restaurants. It was the perfect location! Amazing responsive hosts as well.
