Enjoy your morning coffee from the living room or balcony and take in the amazing sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean, the only way to start your day! This condo has recent updates including vinyl plank flooring throughout and and update bathroom with a new vanity and tile shower surround. You can sleep 6 peopel comfortably with 2 queen sized beds in the bedroom and a full sized sleep sofa in the living room. Other amenities include high speed internet/Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, coffee pot and toaster and two assigned parking spaces. One parking space is under cover and one is in the building parking lot. There are Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom so you can stream your favorite shows with your login credentials. A coin operated laundry room is also available to use in the building. Grab breakfast at very popular Bayside Skillet or go to dinner at Saltwater 75, Ropewalk, and more, all just a short distance away. There is an elevator in the building for easy access too. This is a great condo for your great Ocean City vacation! This condo is located on the first floor of condos (the second floor of the building) and the main level of the property is for parking. *Please note this property rents for a 7 night minimum at all times, no mini-weeks, sorry.*

**Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

***Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $102.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
