Magnifique Condo Oceanfront - 137th St

Cette belle copropriété est Ocean Front, au premier étage surélevé avec accÚs à la plage à cÎté, élargissant votre vue sur le cÎté aussi!

Il y a une place de parking réservée juste devant. Laveuse et sécheuse sont pleine grandeur. La chambre principale est king-size avec salle de bain privée. Télévision par cùble avec DVD dans la chambre principale.

La deuxiÚme chambre est grande avec deux lits queen-size et une salle de bain juste devant la porte. Le balcon est entiÚrement meublé et bien protégé. La plage est généreuse et la vie gardée tout l'été. Nous sommes à seulement quelques pùtés de maisons de la frontiÚre MD / DE sur la 137e rue.

La salle familiale dispose d'un cùble et d'une nouvelle télévision connectée avec lecteur DVD et magnétoscope. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur.

Perfect week

Brenda was really helpful and welcoming. The location of the condo was fantastic, right on the beach and near entertainment and restaurant. The condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. Definitely our to go place in the futur!

Lovely hearing the ocean from the living room and bedroom. Very short walk to the beach. Great location. Brenda the host is quick to respond to messages.The condo could use updates and it didn’t seem as if it had been vacuumed prior to our arrival.

Very Nice

The property was as advertised. Pictures accurate. Owners very caring and responsive. There is plenty of space and everything you need. Steps to beach. I would recommend this property to anyone. Me, personally..I Like a pool and the dune made me wish we were higher but you cant go wrong here. Very nice.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

Feom the moment we arrived and checked in, which by the way was extremwly easy, with the combination lock at the unit. We were immediately hit with a sense of relief and excitement. The location of the house and its proximity to the ocean was fantastic. What made the trip that much better was that there were a ton of families eith kids that ranged in the same age geoup od my two sons. Everyday we went out they always found a good size group of kids to play with. Wether it be playing tag, building sand castles, swimming in the ocean, or even collecting hermit crabs; I can say without hesitation that this family vacation definitely rankes in the top 5 for its peacefull g

We had two children and a toddler. It was easily enough space. Everything clean and working, many extras we weren’t expecting like beach toys and chairs. Perfect proximity to beach and city activities and shopping.

August 2-Week Vacation

Brenda's SummerSea condo was perfect! We have been vacationing in North Ocean City for over 15 years, and are fortunate to have found this terrific condo - quiet location, easy access to unit and beach, peaceful balcony, incredibly simple check-in and out, including 10 am check-out time. Great location next to beach access. New furniture in living & dining rooms. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom tile needed a good spraying with mold prevention (we took care of it). The dishwasher broke down on weekend and owner very kindly sent a repair man at the additional charge.
