I am issuing a formal complaint against the above address. It was misrepresented as 2 Queen beds and a pool. 1 queen bed and no pool. I have enclosed all the texts from Hai and I. I would like to be refunded. I will be writing poor reviews so no other Canadian gets pulled into this misrepresented apartment.
