This was an excellent property. We liked the location with a short walk to a beautiful beach through a natural sand dunescape. The pool area was nice with comfortable lounge chairs, tables for dining and clean well maintained gas grills. Inside the unit was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to our questions with helpful suggestions. The cost to stay there was very reasonable. Unfortunately there was one serious drawback for us that was not under the control of the owner. Across the harbor from the unit is a Coyote Ugly night club with an outdoor bar and dance floor. For five of the eight nights we were there the club blasted loud club music continuously from 7 pm to 4 am. The booming bass was so intense it literally rattled the windows and shook the floors. Nothing we tried helped including noise canceling headphones and complaining to the sheriff. My wife and I were unable to sleep for the entire time the music was playing. It is too bad because in every other respect this is a great place.

Another great visit to Destin

This was our third year in a row staying in this condo and we're looking forward to our fourth. Clean, great location and affordable. Perfect for families with young children.

We love Destin!

This place was great. Perfectly located in what we feel is the most beautiful part of Destin. We didn’t need much, but the owner was readily available via text.

We love this condo! This is the second time we have stayed at this location and it was as amazing as it was the first time. The condo is well-stocked, clean, and nicely decorated. The location is very well maintained and perfect for snorkeling!

Updates needed!!

Property is needing up dated. Carpet in bedrooms need replaced bad. Mattress could be replaced Pillows very flat. Living room and dining room furniture not bad. Showers and sinks in bathroom needs up dated. The area it was located was nice.

Great location

The condo was very clean along with the property. Everything you need was available at the condo. It was very close to everything with a little walk to the beach. The owner gave specific information to make it easy access. Property was very nice and would visit again.

Relaxing getaway

The property was nice and in a nice area away from all the crowds! It was in a gated area with nice views! The room was nice and had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the room was good except for some dried meat left on the counter next to the stove. Refrigerator wasn't clean and toilets wasn't cleaned good. It was a short distance to the beach! The beach was like a private beach wasn't to crowded! The beach was on a jetty. The fireworks was beautiful watching from the beach at night and the sunsets was beautiful over the waters! Over all we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Great location. Even though condo was probably full, it didn't seem crowded and guests were courteous. The walk to the beach was a little longer that I wanted--especially for a 78-year old! But it was manageable. For younger folks, it was probably not even worth mentioning. Only problem we encountered was front door was difficult to open at times using the code... nothing that caused any real problems though. We have chosen to stay in same unit next summer (2026).

Perfect for young kids

This is our favorite Destin location. Take a short walk to the ocean bay to enjoy calm waters with young children or walk past the jetty to take in huge waves. Dolphins and sea turtles are regular sites near the jetty. In the evenings, the kids can enjoy the pool while parents can relax or grill dinner on the pool patio. It's close to grocery stores, restaurants and all of the fun tourist attractions as well. You can even watch the fireworks from the beach every Thursday night during the summer! We look forward to our visit here every year.

Fourth Beach Trip

Very happy with overall stay . Owner was communicative when needed. Only negative is length of walk from condo to beach . No walkway and had to traipse thru sand much further than we prefer . The beach is beautiful and great location. Would be more private if the Emerald Reaort didn’t bring in all their guests by boatloads. All in all was perfect stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourself !

Perfect location

The condo was very clean and comfortable. I had a question about one of the tv"s and I texted Mike and he replied within 5 minutes!! My friends snorkeled the Jetties, we rented a paddle board for the week. We sat outside and watched the fireworks and air show!! We will definitely rent this one again!!

Family vacation

Overall, a good place to stay. In a quieter area, yet close enough to everything on the Destin Strip. Pool was small, but not crowded at any point during our stay. Pool skimmer was not working most of our stay so I screened out the pool a few times so my kids could swim. Pool guy did come at the end of the week and fix. (Although this is nothing the owners can control)Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to make a few simple meals.

Pool Side Villa

Nice property. Wish access to the beach was better. Unit was nice and clean which was a plus because it rained almost the entire week we were there. With the heavy rains and the unit being on the first floor, the walkway to the actual front door was flooded. I’d give 4 stars still though. Can’t beat it for the money!

Great location

Great location for swimming at the surfs and snorkeling. Snorkeling can get a bit crowded when tour boats come in throughout the day. However it clears out pretty well when they leave. The unit itself was more spacious than expected and some of the furniture have been upgraded. Bedroom carpets could stand to be replaced, but overall it was a nice unit with peek a boo views of the bay and marina from master and living room. Definitely worth revisiting.

Good apt/no view

View was nonexistent with parking lot on one side and a cement wall was on the other. Apartment was great as it looked like it was recently redecorated. Pool view was only sand dunes not the ocean. Was close to most food and shopping Would not go back.

Door code didn't work

I have very little issues with the property itself . My issue come from not being able to get into the condo once we arrived. The door code did not work. Using the phone number on the reservation got no results., emails were not answered. After 3 hours I found a lock box and took a chances at the code and it worked. I found the keys for the front door. Happy I didn't have to stay at a hotel. The owners got back to me 11 hours later. Also found no number for VRBO. The entrance drive way into to the parking lot has a HUGE pothole which damaged my car. I email the property manager Holiday Isle and again no response. The unit has a view of the parking lot. Once we got over the door code issue and the cockroaches we killed the unit was ok.

I texted renters before trip about problems with door lock. And gave them the code for lock box on front porch. Also renters arrive 4 hour early of 4 pm check in time.
