This spacious and charming home on Lake Conroe (Willis, TX) offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation, making it an excellent choice for families and groups.

PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS:
Features a private pool for cooling off on sunny Texas days. Interior is updated and designed for comfort, with a fully equipped kitchen for meal prep and a cozy living area perfect for unwinding. Enjoy some friendly competition in the game room, complete with a ping-pong table, foosball, and board games. Take a spin on the two paddleboards provided to explore the cove on Lake Conroe. Bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, featuring plush bedding and black-out curtains for a restful night’s sleep.

Large windows and strategic design allow you to take in stunning lake views from nearly every room. Step outside to enjoy the pool and serene surroundings or take advantage of the private boat ramp right next door. While the property does NOT have a boat dock, the proximity to the community boat dock and ramp next door makes it easy to access Lake Conroe if you choose to rent a boat or bring your own!

- Two Twin Bunks (please keep in mind children under 6 are not allowed on top bunks and we are not held liable for non-compliance issues)
- Two FULL beds (can sleep 4 children comfortably, might be a bit tight for 4 adults)
- Total of 6 sleeping capacity
- Tall dresser and closet with hangers
- Hall - full bathroom (shared with queen bedroom)

- Full bathroom with a spacious vanity, a walk-in shower

Living Room: The spacious living room features cozy seating with electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Large windows flood the room with natural light, offering beautiful views of Lake Conroe.

Outdoor Dining Area: Take advantage of the outdoor dining table (does have slatted covered awning for shade, but not rain proof), where you can enjoy meals while taking in the gorgeous lake views. Layout and get your tan on with lounge chairs next to the pool. Gather around to share stories at the firepit (4 chairs), and make memories in this lovely outdoor space.

● Kroger (5.6 km) - Convenient for fresh produce, groceries, and household items.
● Willis Supermarket (7.2 km) - Local spot for everyday essentials.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
● Nature enthusiasts can explore the Sam Houston National Forest (about 20 km away) for hiking trails, wildlife, and scenic landscapes.
● Boat Rentals - "Conroe Rental Boats" or "Driftwood Rentals" are closest. On the south-side of the lake, "Nauti Dayz Boat Rentals" or "April Plaza Boat Rentals" are great options as well.
