Casa personalizada de nueva construcción en un área privada cerrada cerca de docenas de excelentes bodegas rodeadas de pintorescos viñedos. Corto viaje en coche a Placerville y Apple Hill. 1 hora en coche a Kirkwood para esquiar a nivel mundial o al sur del lago Tahoe. Enorme y bien equipada cocina de entretenimiento, gran chimenea, mesa de billar y ping-pong, terraza envolvente para increíbles vistas del atardecer. Gran acceso a caminatas, ciclismo de montaña, natación en ríos y paseos en bote en los lagos cercanos. Cama King en Master Suite, camas Queen en otras 3 habitaciones grandes.

Great stay! Everything with flawless.

Very nice property and very clean. Everything was flawless and the owner was very responsive. Has all the equipment you need in the kitchen and the overall property is well kept up and comfortable. Very close to wine country.

Lovely place in wine country

Loved this wonderful property! Pictures online do not do it justice. With family/out of state friends coming for my son's wedding in wind country, it was the perfect location. All the amenities and lots of space without feeling like we were on top of each other. Would highly recommend this place for wine country excursions or a peaceful, quiet vacation.

Felt right at home!

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend here, a perfect location for visiting many wineries nearby.The kitchen is spacious and has everything needed- we cooked in one night. Beds are firm, cozy rooms, very quiet and peaceful location. It was cold and rainy out, so we made a fire in the fireplace both nights; it was real pretty, and with the blower it warmed up the room fast.Every step of the reservation process was excellent- both the communications, and the house guidebook. We felt welcomed, and we felt right at home. Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!

Great Home in amazing location.

We stayed here for a wedding that was hosted nearby. Property was very clean. Everything was great and we had no issues while we stayed. Communication with property owner was also great. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area to go wine tasting, look no further.

Three friends have stayed at the property two times. It is lovely and just as advertised. The kitchen is well-stocked with plates, bowls, serving dishes and more - something some owners overlook.

This home is perfect for groups. Super clean and close to wineries, remote enough to feel like a getaway. Pro tip- don’t forget your essentials, we forgot coffee and had to drive ten min to a gas station in the morning ❤️❤️❤️

Great getaway in wine country

Had a wonderful stay, the house is very spacious and had everything you could need, property is secluded and many areas on outside decks to relax and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Close to many wineries in FairPlay. Can’t wait to book a winter trip to enjoy the fireplace!

First visit to Somerset

This was my family's first visit to the Somerset area. My cousin wedding weekend took place in Plymouth and Somerset, so this property was close to the wedding venue. It was very clean, very relaxing, exactly as advertised, and the check-in process was smooth. Would definitely stay again. In fact, I was just discussing with my dad this morning that we should stay a few days next summer as a family then venture over to Lake Tahoe. My favorite feature of the home was the screened porch...loved having coffee in the mornings and visiting in the evenings without having to worry about bug bites!

Quiet and Tranquil. Fabulous set-up for family & friends!

Gorgeous location on a beautiful property. My family and I stayed here while attending a wedding at the nearby Ranch at Stoney Creek. The location was 5 minutes away so was very convenient. Very quiet and tranquil. Nice to escape back to after busy wedding festivities. Would recommend!

Weekend Retreat

We stayed at this property with our in-laws and two kids (ages 3 and 1). The house is immaculate and had everything we needed. It was so peaceful and we loved sitting on the back porch with a glass of wine watching the kids run back and forth pretending to make sandwiches with the cornhole bags. There were lots of places to explore around the property and even had enough space to fly a kite in the yard. Tons of wineries close by to choose from! Communication with Susan was prompt and friendly. An easy yes to come back!

Just as advertised!

Three friends had a great stay in this home. Before arriving, the owner was quick to answer questions and was very accommodating. The pictures on the listing were current and truly reflected the home’s features. We had a great time enjoying each other’s company in a lovely home and setting.

I'm a builder by occupation. This was my 3rd house that I built for myself. We love the Sierra Foothills and it's access to the high country for skiing in the winter and for the cool swimming holes in the summer. We are so lucky to be close to the really great wineries of Fairplay.

This property is the ideal getaway for 4 couples looking to explore the over 30+ wineries of Fairplay. The house is set up for entertaining. Whether it's relaxing out on the wrap around deck or sitting around at the huge island in the entertainment kitchen. It's also a great home for families with kids. There's ping-pong, horse-shoes, corn-hole, a tree house and a private 7-acre pond across the street from the property that's loaded with fish to catch.
