Villa Santaluz is priced by the number of guests during a weekly stay with a minimum stay of 4 nights (this is negotiable). Here are the weekly rates:

Nancy, an interior decorator and artist knew she had found paradise ad couldn't wait to get started on building their 5 star, 7 bedroom suite, villa. After our first trip to Playas del Coco and Coco Bay Estates, there was never any doubt about the love affair Nancy and I had found with the beauty of the land and the beauty of the development of Coco Bay Estates where we chose to build the magnificent Villa Santaluz.

Dramatic views, beautiful quality and finishes and a well designed floor plan doesn't come close to describing how we feel each and every time we walk through our front door.
