Relax in this spacious historical bungalow with huge kitchen, large living area, large bedrooms, office, and playroom. Ample parking in the long double driveway. All bedrooms with blackout blinds. All linens and and beach towels provided. Well stocked kitchen for cooking big family meals with high end appliances.
Located in midtown, just a few minutes to beach, cruise line, Moody Gardens, the Strand, Convention Center, all the restaurants, or anywhere else you want to go on the island.
A charcoal grill is provided. Guest provides charcoal. Both 12 cup coffeemaker and Keurig provided along with coffee and a starter pack of pods.
Laundry pods and dishwasher pods also provided.
All reservations will be sent a renter agreement to sign which states that you agree to our no parties, pets, or smoking policy.

Why they chose this property
This property was Mike and Ruth's home and has all the finishes you could want in a home. This craftsman bungalow has large windows and lots of light. Built in 1938, we remodeled the house making it perfect for entertaining.
