The host was extremely helpful. Check in was a little confusing. You have to go to Regal Palms first not the property, after we figured that out it was easy. While the property was as expected, a significant piece of information not mentioned was the fact that the air cant be turned below 74 degrees. And if it was and the unit froze up you would be charged 150. It was 98 degrees during our stay and 74 was really unacceptable. We were sweating with 6 people in the house. The air handler was clogged when we first got there and maintenance had to come fix that. Once that was taken care of the temperature was better but still not optimal. The resort was beautiful. Pools and restaurants were very nice. The spa was overpriced for massages and such so those were not able to be accessed. It was in a nice location close to many activities.
