The Neighborhood:

The lodge is located in a rural mountain neighborhood with 2 houses in front of it. This is a mountain community—not total isolation—but a true escape from city life. We do not promise complete silence or seclusion but do have black-out and privacy blinds in the bedrooms.

• 4WD required Nov–April

• AWD recommended year round

• No pets (service animals only per law)

• Secure food & trash (wildlife present)

• 3-vehicle max (no street parking)



POLICIES & NOTES

Pricing reflects Airbnb’s combined 15.5% service fee + cleaning fee structure

Airbnb has merged all fees together into the nightly rate instead of showing separate line items. The nightly price may look higher than before, but it has not changed.
