You'll find a more laid-back atmosphere compared to the bustling Centro Histórico, while still being within easy reach of everything Merida has to offer.
In the immediate area and its surroundings, you'll discover local markets where you can immerse yourselves in the vibrant colors and flavors of Yucatán, perhaps trying some delicious panuchos or cochinita pibil. There are also smaller, family-run restaurants offering authentic Yucatecan cuisine at more local prices.

Parque Zoológico Animaya: Large zoo with a variety of animals, including a Mayan-themed aviary, a petting zoo for younger children, and even a small train that takes you around the park. It’s designed with families in mind and offers a fun and educational experience.

PARKING
There is one parking spot in the home. Also there is street parking available at the premises.

PET FRIENDLY
Small dogs are welcome upon request, with a $50 pet fee per stay.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Merida to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4 PM and check-out time is prior to or at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
