Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this one of a kind sanctuary. There is no other home with this custom designed layout.

This well appointed home is located in Tennessee's 1st tiny house gated community. 1 acre lot- private on all sides. 500 square feet of decking to enjoy the outdoors. You can hear the serene sounds of the falls from the deck. Professionally landscaped with flagstone firepit.
The space
1 bedroom queen master with closet. And cozy loft that has 2 twin beds. There are noise machines in both the queen and loft areas for a soundless sleep. Air condition/heating unit in the queen room and a fan in the loft. Sonos speakers in both rooms.

Guest access
This home is located in a gated community. Community areas with fire pits are located through the area. Once you get in the community this home is located all the way in the back. Extremely private. There is a private drive with parking right outside the home.

This is a little sanctuary. There is no TV on site. There is wi-fi.

Overall this property wasn’t too bad for someone not spending much time in the cabin itself. I wasn’t very impressed with the cleanliness. There were dishes with greasy fingerprints on them. 2/3 rugs had multiple stains throughout, dust on lamps, and what looked to be like mold on the air conditioner ? The furniture in the living area is cute but not much use for comfort. For the price and not being in the cabin much of the time it wasn’t bad but i probably would not stay here again if I planned to be relaxing in it.
