This 2-bedroom retreat offers a serene atmosphere with 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, 1 futon sleeper, double size pull out bed, and an available pack and play & single sleeper for children. 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen will make staying here a breeze. BOAT FRIENDLY neighborhood - there is a SHARED, neighborhood boat slip a 1 minute drive around the bend for your to put your personal boat into the water (no personal dock). Enjoy the marvelous living room with a sofa bed and futon in the loft for extra space. Amenities include AC, heating, WiFi, beautiful views off of the screened-in balcony, private putting green, fenced-in backyard, an arcade room, and projector! HOT TUB CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. Fully stocked kitchen, linens, and bathroom; hair dryer & soaps included. Our peaceful cabin is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
1. Place all used towels into the bathtub 2. Remove all food items from fridge 3. Take all trash out & please ensure the top closes on large trashcan outside! 4. Run dishwasher if needed
5. Lock door as you exit 6. Ensure hot tub cover is on 7. Ensure both fence gates are closed and in the locked position 8. Ensure both garage doors are completely closed

This is a lovely, residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors and relaxed, fun vibes. This is a place to enjoy the peace of a residential neighborhood, but with the option to put your personal boat in the water to fish or enjoy watching a football game on the projector while enjoying the outdoors.

What makes this property unique

Our back yard is like a retreat in Gatlinburg without the long drive and traffic - an arcade room and huge projector screen will keep you entertained. The hot tub is currently out of order. The back yard is the perfect place to relax while watching your favorite movie on the projector. The putting green will keep the kids & husbands happy. The fenced in back yard will ensure privacy, and outdoor seating is the perfect spot to rock babies while enjoying the sunshine. The fire pit is perfect for s'mores and a night-cap. Our favorite is the balcony off the front door - there is no better place to have your morning coffee while enjoying the deer, hearing the owls, and watching for geese to fly overhead.
