Regency Towers 825– Seas the Day
Enjoy staying at “Seas the Day” at Regency Towers in Panama City Beach! Newly updated and back on the market. This gated beach condo resort has 24-hour security and amenities include 2 large outdoor swimming pools (one heated), kiddie pool, hot-tub, fitness center, billiard room, newly remodeled poolside tiki bar – “Sandbar”, beach front bench swings, corn hole, 2 charcoal grilling areas, and large grass - green space area, and 560 feet of private beach. Regency Towers has fun activities scheduled weekly during the summer peak season. Such as: karaoke, movies on the lawn, and ice cream socials. There's something for everyone at Seas the Day.
The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals, with plenty of counter space and a dishwasher. The dining area comfortably seats six guests, with additional seating at the kitchen bar, including a high chair. The washer/dryer ensures that you'll be able to pack light and wash anything you need. For your convenience, we have a beach wagon to carry all your stuff to the beach, along with some beach toys and beach umbrella.
Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, this unit features a one king bed, and one queen bed, one twin day bed, and triple twin bunk beds, and a pack-n-play. The Primary Bedroom with on-suite provides a peaceful retreat with its cozy king bed and balcony overlooking the gulf. Enjoy the beautiful views and create your own personal oasis.
Enjoy what the Emerald Coast has to offer. Jet skis, snorkeling, kayaking, parasailing, deep sea fishing, going on the Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise or Sea Screamer. Or just relax on the sugar white sands with ice cold beverage. We’re close to St. Andrew’s State Park, 10 miles from Pier Park and Pirate’s Voyage Dinner & Show, and soon to open Top Golf.
Regency Towers requires a $40 registration fee, which includes wristbands and parking pass. Up to 3 cars are allowed; extra passes are $15 each, paid at the front desk during check-in.
Guests must be over 25 years old, and must register with the front office and purchase a wristband to have full access to all resort amenities during their stay. This is a requirement of Regency Towers.
