Charming 3-bedroom house at Heartland Farms in Bourbon,MO

Located right outside of Bourbon, MO, at Heartland Farms allows you to get away from everyday life and enjoy the country atmosphere. We are located 1.5 miles from Hwy 44. Rustic interiors with a large gravel patio with cornhole boards and firepit.
The space
3 levels.

1st level: Living room, Kitchen and full bath

2nd level: bedroom #3(1 queen) and full bath

3rd level: bedrooms #1(1 queen) and #2( 1 full, 2 queens and futon)
Guest access
The gravel area inside the fence is yours. The play area is limited to play houses, animals and slides.
Other things to note
We also have 2 hall that can be rented out for events during your stay.

The entire play area can be rented out as well.

TV programming is accessible via Roku.
Guests will have the ability to log into their own accounts(Netflix,Hulu, etc.) as desired.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Fun Float Farmhouse

My girlfriends & I loved this property! Fun outdoor activities & great animals! Great house, well decorated & awesome kitchen!! The Locks were great hosts, giving us a dozen of the farm fresh eggs!!
