Welcome to our 50 acre countryside retreat, where rustic charm meets modern comfort. Our spacious 3-bed, 3-bath home offers a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Conveniently located near town, the Bourbon Trail, Golf Courses, Race Tracks, and Gallrein Farms, it's the perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure. We're a working farm so expect to see tractors and harvesting taking place during your stay at this quaint and cozy farm!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all sheets from the bed and place them on the floor in a pile. Place the towels that you used on the floor in the bathroom.
Please remove the kitchen trash and place it in the outside trash bin on the side of the garage.
If you utilized the table top fire pit, place the glass fire barrier back in the corner of the deck and replace the table cover. Clean grill and replace the grill cover if you utilized the grill.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The location and scenery were amazing. So relaxing. Centrally located to all places we planned to visit. House was beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay there again. The 3 bathrooms were a little misleading, as one of them was not located near a bedroom, but was in the laundry room. The kitchen could use a few more items, ie: tongs, baking dishes, plastic wrap, bottle opener. These are just a few items we looked for but didn't find. No worries, though we made do. Having the coffee pods was awesome, a good selection. Thank you Gallerean family for an awesome stay.

I was fascinated by the structure of the barns in Kentucky. North Carolina's barns are so different.
We visited several distilleries. Heaven Hill let us fill our own bottles, That was fun.

We had a wonderful stay at the Country Pleasure Farm...it was quiet, relaxing and a beautiful home. All pictures were exactly as posted on the VRBO. It was clean, kitchen fully stocked. So nice to have 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and was very spacious. We visited family who live on the lake outside of Shelbyville, so only a 5 or so minute drive away. It's a home you could move into and never leave!!

The Country Pleasure Farm was the perfect home for 3 couples. The beds were comfortable and the home was inviting with beautiful upgrades and plenty of room to spread out. The peace and quiet of the farm was a lovely change of pace, while not far from town. It was a great location to visit Bourbon Distilleries and Churchill Downs. If you have a chance to go to Woodford Reserve, drive to Lexington and take the Old Frankfort Pike. You will drive through beautiful horse country! Gabriella was always quick to respond to questions and offer suggestions. If you have the chance to stay here, take it. You will not be disappointed!
